New ownership is terrible! I've been coming here since it opened when I was a kid and I will not be coming back. I do my laundry here weekly and every week since they took over, there is something wrong with the washers and I waste time and money having to rewash my clothes. I always pay for extra cycles and only get back the money for a basic cycle. They start pushing buttons on the machine, changing the temp on my temp sensitive items and try to get me to keep using a broken washer because now, after my clothes have been tumbling dry for 20 min, you got a tiny bit of water to come out finally. No sir. Yall need to fix your machines, get more than one person running back and forth and act like you actually care if your customers come back. So sad to see this place go downhill.

New ownership has poor Customer service had to wait 15 minutes for them to look at a dryer that was not heating up as well as the washing machines were dirty inside and out I would recommend making the extra trip to Quinlan !!!

Always a pleasure going to pennymsrt, they always have what I need and the owners are so very friendly and very funny 1 of the 3 owners always make me laugh. They are really good and genuinely caring people. Glad y'all Song, Lee, and Sam decided to put your business here in West Tawakoni, wouldn't be the same without ya!????
