I've had my unit for 3 years and have never had a problem with mice or rats. The units are nicer than a lot of places I've used. The price isn't outrageous either.

The owner of this storage facility is a super nice guy that will work with you . They have made the facility alot better. Keeping it cleaned up mowed and up to standards...
