They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. It’s rare to find a place with this level of honesty, kindness, and professionalism. I left feeling confident and cared for. Top quality service. I have a fleet of trucks and these guys handle just about everything for me. Great family owned business. Ryan and his son Nolan are super knowledgeable. Dont waste your time going to Rockwall or Dallas when the best transmission company is right here in good ol Quinlan TX.

Mr. Ryan helped me with a sudden sensor issue this morning: My car's temperature gauge was sitting on H and I thought my car was done for. Not only did he quickly locate the problem -- NOT the thermostat , as I had been told elsewhere, when I went to get the sudden appearance of my check engine light examined-- but he promptly ordered the part and fixed it for me for a very, very reasonable price. He even patiently explained the problem and put up with my panicky, sleep deprived attitude, my 20 questions (and my interruptions to his other conversations), and was very kind throughout. 12/10, would use again!

I had my 2015 Chevy Silverado transmission replaced in no time flat. Ryan was upfront and made me feel at ease when he explained what will transpire. A week later a I had a question about the fluid and he explained everything to my satisfaction. He also found a missing shock bolt and installed it for me after I bought one from the Chevy dealer. Can't thank you enough!

Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here! I had my truck in here for a diagnostic on the transfer case to see what was wrong with it. Started off as an “electrical problem” that was to much for them to do at the time but ended up messing up my whole electrical system including my sound system that they cut rca wires for no reason and speaker wire. My truck wouldn’t turn on anymore after two days, my window control module caught on fire! When I was told to pick up I was charged $180 for work that was not done I’m not sure what they wanted me to pay the damage they caused on my truck they couldn’t fix? Then lowered it to $50 when I mentioned that was ridiculous!
