Very friendly associates. Great selection of products. Clean, well lit store. Beautiful selection of flowers 💐. Felt prices were slightly higher than competitors. However, quality of products make up for that. Will shop there again.

One of the worse stocked stores in Texas and arrogant employees all the way up including management. They do not care about customers but instead focus on maximizing profits. People have to drive to competitive stores to receive value and actually find what their shopping for.

I love this Brookshires. Easy to get in and always courteous. However my complaint today is the curbside pickup. I picked up last night the app wasn't working and phone was messing up when transferred to curbside recording was saying out of service. Walked in the girl apologized for the issue. Got 20 miles home to find out I didn't get my 2 packs of ribs. Since it was late I called this morning and the lady huffed like I was bothering her ask me to hold came back on and said they are not there. So you are only allowed 2 at the sale price. Since they are on my pickup order I can't just buy 2 more and lost $12. Just check your orders when doing curbside. Still like this Brookshires.

We've been going here for 5 years and never had any issues until today. My husband was walking out when a girl chased him out of the store talking about needing to see his receipt. I was sitting in the car and the whole time they never did this with anyone else. So was it the tattoos, backwards hat or sleeveless shirt you were discriminating against? We make over 6 figures and don't need to steal shit but you lost a customer.

One of the self-checkout staff members was rude but I spoke to management and they were very professional and apologized for the situation.

I just stopped in to fill my water bottle and use the bathroom and buy some lunch from their deli. Someone needs to check their water fountain, it tasted like lake water ? and smelled like it too ?
