I had hopes that this branch would be better after Origin bought out Bank Texas but no. Don't open an account here, you will regret it.

Being new to town I sadly have to echo the sentiments here about the rudeness of the older lady in the ‘front’ of house. But once you pass her and work with the tellers the experience gets better, as they say though it is that first impression that sticks. Had this person been the one that was there when I opened my account I would have just left.

Small town bank without the small town charm. The elderly lady who answers the phone is bland, bordering rude. Trying to get ahold of anyone that can make any decisions on your account is like pulling teeth, and don't expect a call back. But DO expect to be "politey recommended" to switch banks when you do get a hold of the entitled account manager. That's just the terrible service; nevermind the lack of automation in their processes. Somewhere there is a cubicle or two with people plugging away trying to stay "caught up" to a week behind what any other bank would have done in one hour with a simple computer program.
