Worst technical support via phone. The only reason post offices are still in business is because they are tax funded.

I mailed a package a couple weeks ago. I had no idea what I was doing. I just had the item and the address. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and showed me what i needed to do and even loaned me tape and sissors and waited while I wrapped my package. It was very afordable and easy. Thanks USPS!
