This hospital has the worst er doctors around. During the covid pandemic I caught it. Went to this er department short of breath body aches and fever 2 times. The gave me an inhaler both times and the second time I was told good luck. LITTERLY!!! Do not send your loved ones here. There are plenty of horror stories of this place. Most recently was a man with every sign of a stroke and they were going to discharge him. But at the last minute he was care flighted to tyler.

Everyone from the ER personnel, nurses, doctors, dietary, etc, are so kind and helpful. As an inpatient, every single person that came into my room, asked me if there was anything else they could help me with, before they left. This is the best hospital I have ever stayed at. Excellent care!

My daughters were seen in the ER and the tech, Taylor, was amazing! She went above and beyond for them. She is the best!

I went to the ER for a heat stroke and it was a positive experience like always. The nurses treat you like family and seem to really care. Shout out to the night nurse Jennifer and Amanda from radiology they really took the time to listen and went above and beyond in their caretaking. Dr Ade was great as well. Staff was professional and very helpful.

Amazing hospital with caring staff as well as clean & comfortable.
My husband and I would gladly come back to this hospital for our medical needs.
Even the Starbucks attendants were great.

We have been here many times for surgery's, blood work, broken bones and so on, the staff is always very nice and caring, Skyler is our favorite nurse! She makes the whole visit pleasant and calming

In my experience the medical personnel are excellent from the Clinic appointments to the Emergency Room when the need required it. My husband & I have used the Clinic and ER, during these visits we have found all personnel professional and thorough in the care given.

We found bedbugs in my husband's hospital bed!!! Absolutely unbelievable!! Hospital should be better than this..Then they wouldn't even shower him or remove him from the room for 8 more hours..I had to shower him and he refused to get back in the bed!!! Disgusting 🫣This was the UT Tyler hospital..not Quitman..The Quitman branch was awesome 👌

My experiences here have always with the Emergency Room. The E.R. staff and Doctors are exceptional, friendly and very professional. They took time to explain things in English and not all those big Medical words that no one understands.
