Delivery tech damaged fillup valve, my tank leaked gas for 5 hours. Luckily we went out and smelled gas. They dispatched and charged us for the dispatch . So terrible very upset on top of loosing propane for 5 hours I get billed

For the last 3 months now my company has ran out of propane. I will call a week ahead of time and issue an emergency delivery order and I will call every day because I've done this for the last 3 months and every month for the last 3 months we have ran out of propane and I hear the same spill every time when I call in their customer service which is clearly in another country. Worst service I have ever gotten from any business I've ever worked with. And that's saying a lot. If I could give negative Stars I would

Ordering a tank refill was easier and much less frustrating than past orders. I didn't need to follow up. The driver showed up on schedule and did a fantastic job (our driver always does a great job ensuring out lawn doesn't get damaged).

I am having an issue with AmeriGas propane delivery service. I placed an order for propane on January 8th, 2024, and was given an estimated delivery time frame between January 10th and January 16th. As I have an automatic gate that requires a code for entry, I generally leave it open during the delivery timeframe. However, the delivery never came, and I didn't receive any communication about a new or adjusted delivery time. I had to close the gate two days later as I own horses. On January 18th, I received a text message stating that the delivery was unsuccessful as the driveway was blocked. The message also stated that they would reschedule my order, but I never received any communication afterwards.On January 19th, I called AmeriGas to request an escalated propane delivery. Twice, the customer service representatives asked me to hold while they pulled up my account information, but they never returned to the phone and never disconnected. On my third attempt, I finally reached a CSR who was professional and attentive to my concerns. She said they would try to deliver my propane on January 19th but couldn't guarantee a same-day delivery. The CSR also gave me the code to enter my property, which AmeriGas already had, but chose not to use. The call lasted about 45 minutes and the CSR confirmed the dates and times of my experience. She also apologized for my service experience and said a delivery driver would call me before heading to my property. I disconnected from the survey to avoid giving a negative response about the last CSR who helped me.Today is January 20th, 2024, and I have not received an estimated delivery schedule or a call from a propane delivery driver. I have a practice of recording calls with automated voice recognition (AVR) services when they make the statement “this call is being recorded in our effort to better serv our customers”. I would like someone at AmeriGas to explain what happened. I feel that my experience needs to be shared on social media platforms. I want to escalate this to multiple media platforms to encourage AmeriGas to improve their service.

I phoned and the woman I spoke to was so pleasant. She answered all my questions and scheduled my delivery and I got it so quickly.

Amerigas , a national company has bought out, Wood County automatic gas company in Quitman. Their marketing strategy is to service customers at their own convenience in order to save money in the delivery process and eliminate emergency call outs. If you sign on with them it will be on a keep fill bases. They can put you on a route and put gas in your tank at their own discretion. Great for them , not so great if you budget your expenses. Good luck getting anything from them if you don’t sign on including phone services.Initially, they did not even know they had a post office box in Quitman, I sent my payment in for gas received the day after they delivered . Shortly there after I was accused of not paying my bill. I recommend going somewhere else . Somewhere where the customer is more than a number. In the country we still care for our neighbors. Go back to the city Amerigas. I rate this business a minus rating .

Called a local number and was transferred to call center. When a customer service rep came on the line they asked for my zip code, so I gave that to them. Then she said she had a number for me to call, which was the same number I called and got routed to her. Did I get to talk to someone about what I needed eventually, no. Just a waste of time.

Absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. I finally had to cancel my service because I couldn't get a delivery and when I cancelled the service about 5 months ago, they still have not come to pick up their tank after five phone calls. The WORST business ever. I wish you had the option of negative stars because they don't deserve even one. I wouldn't get propane from them if it were free.

We requested a Refill on our Propane Tank A Week Ago plus a couple of Days! Actually, it was a day or so Before All The Snow Fell!! We a Below 3% in our Propane tank. I "Talked" to a person at Americas Yesterday. We were to be on Delivery Schedule for? As of today, Sunday, Feb. 21, No Delivery Has Been Made! WHEN this company was WOOD COUNTY AUTOMATIC GAS.....we had NO issues, EVER! NOW! We are running out of Propane, That We Requested Over A Week Ago, AND STILL NO PROPANE! I WILL SUGGEST THAT WHOMEVER BOUGHT OUT WOOD COUNTY AUTOMATIC GAS, GIVE IT BACK TO THEM. WE NEVER had to call Wood County Automatic for a Refill, ever! Tank was Automatically Filled. Amerigas, You Better Get On The Job!!!

Ameri gas is the worst company. I ordered gas two weeks ago a week before the cold weather I still have no gas ! I will be changing gas companies!
