I got switched from off base to on base because availability came open. I tried to make a pcm appointment and couldn’t get in for three months. The clinic called back and told me they had walk in hours for my issue at 1230. They then called back to say they were going to let the clinic know I was coming in if I could be there right when they opened. I arranged child care and showed up on time. The front desk said they don’t have a walk in clinic during that time. It’s only at 9 in the morning and no one would have told me that because it’s incorrect. They wouldn’t help me even though I could show the phone calls. So now I have to pay for child care again because the hours I was told are wrong. Super rude and inconsiderate.

Pharmacy was horrible. Dr. prescribed meds because my wife was in pain. They said it would take 24 hours to fill. If it were your family member, you would make it happen. Not busy, just the policy. Went off base to get it within an hour. Not patient friendly. To top it off, there were ants on the waiting room chairs! I thought this was an Air Force facility?? You're failing because you're lazy. Officer in charge should receive a relief for cause.

Made an appointment to get birth control prescribed, they called me in the morning (after I waited for a month) that my PCM can’t prescribe BC. Still went in, she told me to do walk in at women’s health for LOTUS and BC. Women’s health doesn’t do either here, they sent me to Lackland or to make an appointment and wait another month… TRASH.Loved my PCM though.

What type of a doctor says "I'm not your parent" when telling him I needed a refill for meds that I ran out on especially after the original appointment was cancelled cause he wasn't there so I had to reschedule, very poor professionalism.

As a daughter of someone who had to wait to be seen by someone at the Blood Lab, I am thoroughly disappointed in their inability to get people in and out quickly. Number 88 while you watch just 4 people (over 30 people ahead of her) get called to be seen, while in pain from having to fast for a blood draw. Not enough staff are on hand, causing patients to wait in pain or discomfort. Absolutely unacceptable operations of any medical establishment.

This review is for the laboratory. As a retired medical professional and an a retired officer the service is truly unprofessional and lacking discipline. The male military member checking customers in was so relaxed sitting in his chair. He reminded me of Al Bundy all that was missing was a hand resting in his waistband. If you have computer issues let customer know what is happening. All I saw was a young man disinterested in his job. The female civilian worker was friendly but in between people waiting for over an hour she decided to clean counters and glass by check in windows. The young man could have done that. I was there for over 1.5 hrs and there was only six people ahead of me when I got there. My god, we’ve got to do better. The sign of information on the dry board looked like it was written by a kindergarten child. I am embarrassed for what is happening with our military.

Was told multiple times by my PCM if I was having issues to go during walk in hours. I go right at 8 am and was told my pcm can’t see me, he never specified that it was based on availability or I would’ve just went to urgent care instead. Then I tried to make an appointment with my PCM for a follow up and the receptionist and she told me I had to do it online or call the appointment line …. She’s the appointment line. I would be calling her. The communication is just awful.

Very Slow service. Majority of the People have to fast to get a blood test please add more personel to make service faster.

This review is for the blood lab. It's the worst lab ever. Have been here almost an hour and the front desk has called 6 people to register them. They are slow and inefficient. You can tell they don't care about being effective in their jobs. And by the way all the employees are walking right up during their lunch break to get their labs done while those of us that have been here an hour getting pyshed back and waiting even longer. This system is definitely BROKE. Got here at 10:16. Just had labs done at 12:15. 2 hours!!!

I'm not understanding the hold time, you can ask any one, you can be on hold for 30-60 min, you can be number 4 in the Q, but the time you spend with the appt person is like 3min! make it make since!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Randolph pediatric clinic is TRASH at answering the phone, responding to voicemails when they don’t answer, and being personable when actually there. If you can get them on the phone, they act like talking to you is a bother to them.

Not impressed. They seem to have issues updating their recordings to highlight when they're open or closed for military family days or any other holiday. Their recordings say they're open but when you go there, they're closed. Their pharmacy recordings are rarely accurate and they're personnel are sometimes unprofessional when addressing customer questions. Not impressed with their website. Lacks clinic updates/announcements, specifically for potential closures, etc. Someone also needs to review their phone directories, because some of options either take you nowhere or tell you the option is not available (menu says to press 2 for the clinic but when you do, it says it's not a valid option.) This shouldn't be happening if you have a halfway decent quality control team. Lt Col (Ret)
