I had had a sidewall tear on a Pirelli tire mounted on a 2005 Mini Cooper S. I checked on line at a major tire retailer and in person at Discount Tire. All had to order it. I called Firestone at Randolph JBSA and had an appointment that morning for an equal or better run flat. Service was prompt, taking less than 30 minutes. I am most impressed.

Was disappointed with service, work order quoted for a one-day job took two and a half days to complete. All because of poor communication between the coworkers. Also, once job was completed my vehicle was not cleaned up as to prior to the appointment.

1 Star – Would Give Zero if I Could
I brought my car into Firestone at JBSA Randolph for a routine oil change and a brake service. Just 100 yards after leaving the shop, my left rear wheel completely fell off the car—not a single lug nut was on the studs. This is not just careless; it’s downright dangerous.
I used to believe that paying a little more at Firestone meant I could trust the work would be done safely and professionally. Clearly, that trust was misplaced. This level of negligence could have caused a serious accident or injury. I will never return, and I urge others to think twice before trusting their vehicle—and safety—to this location.

Thank you David for your top-notch service and professionalism. You were very helpful and your tire suggestion was excellent. I drove about 300 miles on the interstate during some thunderstorms and the Bridgestone Weatherpeaks performed very well. And you were right, those tires are quiet too! And so far, my mpg is fine considering my car is a hybrid. Thanks again David!

Unsatisfactory experience from auto repair service.
I towed in my car for auto repair service. I was notified from their diagnostic test that my car will not start or run because I had a fuel leak. I was told that an o-ring needed to be replaced for the fuel leak to be repaired. A $300 job. They also recommended that I replace all the o-rings and fuel injectors, due to the age of my car a $1200 job. I told them to do the $300 job.
They complete the job and notify me that the repair did not resolve the fuel leak problem. They suggested that I replace the faulty fuel injector. I told them ok bringing the grand total to $480.
They complete the job and notify me that the fuel leak is resolved. They also notified me that the car does not start and that there is a compression leak. They suggested replacing the motor, a $4500 job.
I told them no. I towed my car to another shop, whom repaired my car without even needing to use any other parts. I was able to drive my car 15mins after it being towed to another shop.
While the customer service was friendly and the workers were cordial, I do not trust their work and I wouldn’t return again.

These guys I come back to over and over because I trust them. I had to reschedule and when I came for my reschedule appointment it wasn't written down. They worked me in and I really didn't have to wait very much longer although I walked over to the BX so time passed rather quickly anyway. I have the lifetime alignment warranty and I would highly recommend it and this shop. Using the bass shop if you need you can also use your military Star card and you don't have to pay tax.
