I have had issues with repair shops in the past and tire companies not honoring warranties on tires less then 60 days old. I resorted to my son who is a mechanic in the military to work on my vehicles when he is home on leave so the cars are maintained. When he is not I use Firestone, because of the courtesy checks provided and what I do believe are honest recommendations for repairs. Also you do stand behind your work, products you sell and honor your warranty; I will be replacing my next sets off tires with you (I have 6 cars at home). Thank you, you have a customer for life.

Kevin explained in detail all the questions I had concerning tires. The location is next to the fuel station and Exchange, so you walk instead of waiting in Firestone’s area, not comfortable to sit. But overall service is great they just need a better waiting area.

Unfortunately I am not able to rate this location for its only accessible to military clearance only. I had an appointment scheduled in this location by the calling center but they did not make me aware that it’s only military access. This created a major inconvenience because the vehicle that I need repair was being towed to this location. Now I have to pay more money to tow it elsewhere. For this reason, please make aware of all and any other locations that are restricted access only to save the customers time and money.

I went here to get a set of tires. While they were working on it I went to the PX and had lunch and shopped. It was a good experience and very convenient location.

I came for a brake inspection in late October and was told I had zero issues although I felt something was wrong. I was told I had excellent brakes and there was no cause for concern. Fast forward to end of December, I’m out over $600 for brakes because the previous mechanic missed that they were defective. Frustrated but had no choice but to pay. The apology was appreciated, but consistent competency is what I hope comes out of this.

This store was amazing. Our car was done ahead of schedule and the alignment work was challenging, but not for these guys!!!! I've been tithe other "big discount tire" place and I will never go anywhere but this Firestone location. The crew and desk service was fast and friendly the price was fair and it was done right!!!! Before they promised it would be. Thank you Firestone complete auto care. We will be back!!!!

I am pretty unimpressed with this Firestone location. On Sunday, I called to ask how long it would take me to change tires on two vehicles. They scheduled an appointment for today (Wednesday), which is not too long to wait. They did offer an earlier time, but same day was not available. Okay, whatever. I had a 10:00 appt, so I should expect that they will be ready to work on my car within a reasonable time of my appt. I dropped the first car off around 9:30, and I came back around 11:00 with the other vehicle, and they had just then put the first vehicle in the bay. I waited for a while in the store, and joked with the employee about the graphic they have in the store demonstrating the difference between putting new tires in the front or in the back, saying how much fun it is to drift through puddles when they are put in the front. Eventually, still waiting for the first vehicle, I walked over to the new Shoppette next door to go to the bathroom and have a bite, reading a book and expecting them to call when the first vehicle was complete. When I finished eating, I went to pick up my car (it was already done) and mentioned that I hadn't gotten a call. They gave me an excuse, and I paid for the new tires for the first car, saying that I will be expecting a call for whenever they finish the second vehicle. Lo, and behold, I arrive back around 4:30, and the second vehicle is complete. (No phone call.) So I went inside to pay for the tires, but when I went back out, I noticed that the new tires were in the front. I stepped inside to mention it, but he said his technician has already left, and he's there alone for the next three hours until they close. He said they may have decided it was safer to put them in the front, but I reminded him about how we'd already joked about drifting in traffic, which while it sounds like a lot of fun does not sound especially safe for anyone. He offered that I could come back on Friday (and wait all day again??), and they will do it then. So I called my son and asked him to check the other vehicle, and behold the tires were replaced incorrectly on the first vehicle as well. It's just laziness. LAZINESS! The technician was just being lazy!! And in his case, his laziness affects the safety of drivers on the road! I called the store back (because I had already left by this point), and he did say they would fix it on Friday, but I don't know if I want to spend all day AGAIN to fix their mistake. I did have some time before I had to pick up my wife from work, and I stopped at a different Firestone on Pat Booker, and they rotated them for me free of charge. It took them less than 30 minutes, which was about as long as it took me to write this review.

Soooooo, I went in for a routine search and see. But with multiple tire incidents visited upon family members, I felt the need to stop in for safeties sake, too. The manager took a look and explained the excessive feathering/wear on all of my tires was due to a long overdue alignment. The dealership charged me for an alignment at my last oil change appt. Obviously to little to late. DEALERSHIPS, ughh!!? Also, my tread depth flunked the penny test hard. I expected a tire quote, some upselling and mayyybe an appointment next week. What I got was a same day appointment, two discounts (rebate & store card) and service with a smile! I was out of there in well under 2hrs. Driving my vehicle after the tire install was like night and day. I REALLY needed new tires. Thanks guys!! The Randolph Firestone team puts the "?" in Firestone.
