I gave them a call and Vance came to the rescue LITERALLY! Both my wife and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere on the side of a very busy and scary highway in Texas trying to get back home to Arizona in our vehicle. Vance took the time and patience in helping us out thoroughly with everything we needed! And helping us get situated in our travel troubles. AND not only that!! He helped out an additional family that was broken down with kids in the car on the same busy freeway and pulled their vehicle safely off the road. This man truly amazes us and what he does.
