Broke down on day before Thanksgiving with leaking brake line. Not only did they fix the brake line, but was kind enough to bring my wife and I turkey dinner at the RV at Loves....these people are the real deal and salt of the earth. Thank you!!! You guys all rock at Freddy's!

When I think of good, old fashioned customer service and Texas hospitality, Freddy's is the first thing that comes to mind. I felt like my truck got fixed by a bunch of family members and not employees of a business.
My team of drivers broke down in Cisco, TX and their 2021 Freightliner Cascadia would not shift out of neutral. I gave Freddy's a call and they sent their mechanic out there. They discovered that the electronically controlled clutch was failing an actuation test and that the unit needed to be towed to their shop for an in depth diagnosis. They towed the unit and its double trailers to the yard and disconnected the truck from the trailers to make re-hooking easier when we returned for the load.
My drivers were sitting around while I was looking for a taxi to call to get them from Cisco to the DFW airport, and despite it being a saturday and a lot of their staff being off, one of their wonderful employees actually volunteered and took my team to the airport. This gesture alone was enough to make me write this 5 star review but it doesn't end there.
As far as the actual repair of the truck went, they were extremely honest. They removed the transmission and found that the bearing on the clutch release cylinder had seized up and broken apart, causing the no shift issue. Their labor rate is great and they were not interested in upselling me more stuff that I did not need. They used OEM Freightliner parts and got my rig fixed correctly. They held on to the old part and when I flew into Dallas and drove to Ranger to pay and pick up the truck, they showed me the old part and exactly how it had failed and indeed the bearing was completely broken apart.
The truck drove flawlessly the 950 miles from Ranger to Phoenix, Arizona. World class service. Thank you very much Freddy's!

Broke down in a 26ft box truck and was told it would be at least an hour to get picked up. Jamie was there in 40 minutes and got us to Ft. Worth safely. He even went out of his way to leave our broke down truck in an easily accessible spot at Penske so we could move our cargo over to a rental. Could not recommend these guys enough.

Me and my husband had a minor accident yesterday, while called our insurance company and other wrecker services. All told me at 4 hours before someone could help us, my brother in law called Freddy's and they sent someone in 30 minutes. I am forever grateful, and cannot compliment them enough. I had an unusual request to tow my non running '72 VW bus from Mineral Wells to Ft Worth. AAA suggested Freddy's. Ginger B took my call and was very nice, listened to my details and understood my issues. Driver, Calab came out exactly on time, arriving in very modern equipment. Quickly and professionally handled "my baby" and delivered her safely to the 50 mile destination. I am 100% delighted with their service.
