I have been with this company for over 30 years, the account has been in my name the past 9 years! Today, the driver, after filling my tank, pulled to the edge of my driveway and stopped. I wasn't sure what he was doing but he was walking back and forth around his truck with paper towels. Well, when he pulled off there were a pile of paper towels on the ground and blowing around. I went out and looked and it looked like some kind of pooh on the towels! I called the company. Long story short, I put on gloves and cleaned up the mess he left and called the company and tole them I would no longer be a customer!! Disgusting behavior! In the message you left on my phone, you said the truck driver put the paper towels on the trailer of his truck, but I watched as he pulled off and the nasty paper towels were already laying on the ground and the breeze from the truck blew them around!! I am changing propane companies!!

Be very careful. The woman Chris who answers the phone is not very bright and is a liar. The driver stole and damaged equipment and liquid propane from me after I told them to remove new equipment I ordered that they claimed was twice as expensive as what was written in their contract. I would not use these people unless you like being mistreated by unethical thieves.

Great service from Hardwick! We moved in 2 years ago and couldn't get the other propane company, in our area, to bring us propane because we wouldn't be using enough. Hardwick has been great to work with! Bryan came out this week to help us put in a pizza oven! Thanks Hardwick!
