I attempted to close an account because of the switch from bbva to pnc and i withdrew all my money but they stated they could not close my accounts because I had two charges pending and therefore left that amount to clear those charges. I have no access to the mobile website because of the switch and therefore I could not cancel my card and the teller failed to so and a new charge came in while my balance was at 0 and I over drafted. I went again paid 40$ for a 10$ charge and they said I still could not close my account and to go a third time!! At least ill be done dealing with this bank soon!

Ridiculous. They never answer there phones. You can count on Rude, unknowledgeable tellers and extremely slow "service", if you can even qualify it as service. I will be closing my account.
