Yessi is an asset to the CVS. After a long layover, I had never felt so tired in my life or was ever a CVS shopper, Yessi helped me with my health care needs and showe me the amazing stuff the store had to offer this retail experience met and exceeded my expectations. And when everyone Is so overworkekd underpaid, understaffed Yessi and her team helped me navigate even with no contacts, and let's just say 110 bucks worth it but the concerted effort she made to help me is unparalleled in STX.

We visited this location twice within 12 hours for various injuries and sickness. The pharmacy staff was wonderful! The second trip we made to the pharmacy was on Thanksgiving Day. We are so grateful to the friendly staff for helping us on Thanksgiving Day!

Your automated services is the pits!!! Can never talk to a pharmacists!!!! My medicines got called by mistakes from my doctor's office to CVS which is not my pharmacy but doctor's office told me to please pick it up at CVS. They never explained to me that the medication given to me was going to contradict with one that I am already taking.

Yalls automated line sucks it gets stuck and picks transfer lines without me choosing anything I can't even get to the pharmacy line

Son is very sick and they chose to not call or text to let me know his medicine is back ordered. So I could have gone to another pharmacy before everything was closed. No apology or anything.

No one answers at pharmacy had to drive to pharmacy after having procedure done to be able to get meds when they should be able to deliver very dissapointed

Horrible service, horrible pharmacy assistants. Rude, obnoxious and very arrogant. Pharmacy makes you feel like they're doing you a favor. Respect is non-existent with certain pharmacy techs! I won't go there ever again!

Went in to get medicine that I saw online they had in stock got to the store nothing on shelf went asked for help Tina said she would have to look but ask for me to wait till she charged the next person then starts talking to him about what's going on with Floyd situation while I wait do your job not politics

This cvs gives me nothing but problems when trying to coupon. The employees are absolutely NO HELP. And tags on the floor are the wrong price!!

Was great walked in talked to the pharmacy . Intook my insurance card. Was registered before which really helps if you aren't local .Then when Ay Ta Man RPh came back from lunch rec. FLUCELVAX QUAD SEQIRUS only took 45 min thanks, always keep up during flu season
