This is the worst bank I ever dealt with!!! I live 2000 miles away and unable to take trip to Texas just to close my account. Mary Stewart and others never returned my calls. Finally decided to contact the feds and straighten things up.

We are trying to close our accounts since we live 2000 miles away. Impossible to get any help. Mary Stewart not returning any of my calls. We had to involve feds to help with this. Avoid this bank

I had an amount withdrawn from my account which was not authorized by myself. Proper steps were taken to dispute the matter but to no avail. The staff was great in assisting me with my dilemma at the Raymondville branch, but the bank itself,overall never provided me with any protection otherwise this unauthorized transaction would have never occurred.. I don't think anyone can afford to lose $1067.74...especially a person who is going blind and is in the process of getting an amputation. I am very disappointed with this bank. I will discontinue services with First Community Bank. Please try to make changes so that no one else feels this burden in the future.
