Wi-Fi had been great up until 8 days ago when rodents got inside the fiber box down the street and chewed up wires and they still haven’t fixed the issue. I’ve now called over 10 times and every person I’ve spoken to said they’d call me back with an update and only 1 has followed thru! Absolutley horrible experience dealing with this and my WiFi is still out with no real update from anyone who knows what is going on or a plan of action! Itzy, Alison and many others to name that don’t follow thru with helping me get back connected- 8 days with no service or action plan is absolutely absurd!

Giving one star because they do not have a half star available. I thoroughly loved VTX fiber internet prior to 7/14/25. Price was amazing and quality was good. However, on 7/14 I lost internet at my place of business and STILL do not have internet. This is unacceptable! I cannot get a firm time of technician. They obviously have out grown their service capabilities! Going to Elon!

We scheduled to get internet service mid June. The guys came out and said they didn’t have a tall enough ladder. Itzy promised me the world, apologized and assured me it would get installed and new install date. They rescheduled 7/7 to come out again to try and assured me they would bring correct equipment and get install done. Today is 7/7. I have called office twice to remind them to bring tall ladder and equipment and that we are waiting for them to get install done. We are very disappointed that they are not getting install done again. They didn’t bother to call me and let me know and reschedule. I had to call 2 times on an hour long conversation. Itzy was very nice but we we not getting device again today. Again we wasted our day away waiting for service providers to show up and it didn’t happen. This company is very disappointing. Promises you the world and didn’t follow through. So disappointed. Who does that? I don’t know if we will ever actually get service with them. We were so excited after being promised the world to only be let down again.

All month long, my signal had massive stability issues. 2 tech visits & 4 tickets were made to fix & 7 calls. 5 weeks later, still massive signal spikes over 1,200 that wouldn't let me watch movies(error 3005 )message or not loading same with bank site(no banking all month). NETFLIX, HULU,AMAZON & PARAMOUNT+ ALL LOST & VTX1 MONTHLY ($106.55). I DITCHED HUGHESNET FOR ULTRA LOW SIGNAL (0.57 GB) & HAD A HARD TIME GETTING MY $ BACK($600).

This same crap happens every few days. I get home after 10 p.m. and wouldn't you know it my Internet starts to buffer. No one to call ! I'm just S.O.L. , then at 8 a.m. when they are supposed to answer the phone no one picks up so you leave a message. No one calls back until it's been solved hours later. This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen . I guess I'll start looking for alternative Internet service providers because it's not getting any better for me . I suggest you do the same 🤔

VTX1 is our provider of choice at Restore Reproductive Health. Their service is outstanding -- reception is great, we even have our phone system over their internet, and their customer service is second to none. I have always found them to be very responsive, and any issues we may have had were resolved quickly. Highly recommend!
