Bad experience your manager locked my brother out while we had hired movers to go in. She had the card info on file but did not charge it hours and money wasted.

Horrible experience with this Place had planned on moving out at the end of the month of January but Wasn’t able to move my things. Manager did not charge my card because I had planned on moving out but went past the time into February. She deactivated my code and now I’m here to move my things and I’ve been waiting for over three hours. I understand you do not prorate on move out so just charge the card you have now hours are wasted and I’ve paid people to help.

Sherry and Larry are awesome! We needed a storage unit on short notice and they accommodated us immediately, answered calls at pretty much all hours, and were very friendly and helpful getting us set up with a lock and access to the facility.5 Star service, and convenient location. We’re very happy to use their services!

We have rented here for 8 years, and when the City took some of her storage units to widen Orillia Road, she always let us know what was going on. Very helpful and always cheerful!

Sherri answers her phone day or night and always seems to make herself available. I was having issues with my gate code and she answered my call at about 10:30 at night and personally came up to let me in! She's always in a good mood with a smile on her face. I'm so thankful for her and the amazing customer service offered.

I rented a 10X10 for a couple of years. No issues with security. Rent went from $50 to $75 in August 2017. I moved out.
