Only reason this place is getting a 1 Star rating is because I am unable to choose 0. This low rating is not for the quality of product they produce for their clients. This is for their treatment of their employees. The management at Aaron's Designs is DEPLORABLE. Aaron has his daughter, Tori, running the show and she is rude, unprofessional and is very unethical. She purposely treats certain employees differently than the rest. As a manager it is her job to properly train new employees, pick up slack when her team is behind or at least make sure things are taken care of when they are not fully staffed instead of making someone else come in who is not paid as a manager to cover their butts when they are behind. When anything gets brought up to Aaron about her treatment of certain employees he pretty much ignores it. If this were any other business, her actions would be enough to be questioned by HR and possibly cause her to be suspended or fired. But because it is family owned, Tori the Tyrant is her own boss and doesn't have to fear the repercussions of her maltreatment of certain employees. So sure, they produce great shirts and products for their clients, but just be aware of the crap they put their employees through to get that done for you.
