The facility was very clean and well maintained. I rent at this facility and needed to replace my lock. Kim was very helpful in removing and replacing the lock for me. She provided great customer service from start to finish.

?it been so pleasant & clean to store my children’s school & college bins at this location!!!!?I am from Dallas, but have been
willing to travel to red oak because of such clean and well maintained units!!!!?…the office staff has been so pleasant and kind!!!!?my youngest son just graduated from college and we have moved out of our unit with access storage (red oak)…it has been a bittersweet day!!!!…Michelle was the office staff here today…she has been so kind and patient…walking me thru the closing process & all the sentimental emotions I am feeling today!!!!!

I’ve used this location for nearly 2 years. I rented out a storage lane just for my trailer. Unfortunately I’m unable to keep making payments on the service so I removed my Trailer and management is telling me they will continue to charge me for three more months. Management stated they will charge me three more months this is awful!!!!!!!

This place had a very friendly atmosphere. The process of renting a space was easy and so was the cancelation. We used them for two months. Never had any problems and the staff was excellent. Thank you, guys.

Terrible communication. Didn’t give a notice that they were going to stop allowing 24hr access. I’ve been here over a year and haven’t had any issues until they got new management. My work depends on me being able to access the facility before this change. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
