Great products but this store is not black people friendly lol soon as you walk in you get crazy looks they follow you everywhere but a white person walks in they are greeted with big smiles it's a little uncomfortable but it's the only store close to my house

Love this place. They always have the fittings I need, whereas HD only has a limited supply. Customer service is always top notch. They greet me at the door and ask if I need help. That's how customer service should be. Way to go Ace!

Let's start with the service, it was great! This is a very welcoming place where are welcomed in as soon as you walk in and it is not hard to find an employee that will kindly direct you wherever you need to go(unlike the big stores where there are 37 people in orange vest that are all equally clueless). The very nice lady at the register (I feel terrible I didn't get her name) was very friendly and polite. I forgot to mention the store is clean and tidy with signs for every aisle, I was just being lazy and couldn't be bothered reading 😂.

In Red Oak, it's nice to have a local hardware store to head to with most of your quick items. They have a larger and better bolt, screw, hardware section than any of the big box stores.

This is an Ace hardware but it has a lot of Old stock in there a great place to go shopping and they'll have what you need
