A medium sized gym with plenty of machines and other gear for whatever type of weight and/or aerobic training you like. My fitness consultation helped get me started in the right direction. I am just fetting started, so I appreciate the commitment to help from where I am at and set a path to weight loss and better fitness.

If you're ever in Sulfur Springs, Texas, please come visit this amazing gym. No judgement, and the the manager Dixie along with the owners and trainer Angie and Josh, are the best. This is the best gym, and this is my second home. So come on by

I was a member, love the staff but the gym needs to be cleaned and remodel. The membership has double plus $20.00 extra for the tanning bed.
