Ruben tried hard to fix my phone, after he did all he could advised me to call 611, and talk to techs to solve my issues. I did and after about 3 hrs, between two different issues, it was finally corrected. I was so thankful so much to everyone. They did a great job.

Becca was awesome... I came in after having issues transferring the apps over from my old phone. She quickly resolved the issue. She also assisted with the new accessories needed for my S24. I am definitely coming back for any other cell phone needs.

Even though I scheduled an appointment with Asurion for home visit, still had to go to the store to get phone fixed. Nevertheless, good service and friendly staff.

George the manager, and Francisco the rep were great! Helped me with all of my needs and even got me the best deal. Highly recommend this store in particular if you need to go to do anything with AT&T!
