I went to the area where they have fried chicken. I don't know the guy's name but he's an older Caucasian man with a ponytail and glasses that served me. I ordered a half chicken and he served me without gloves. I asked him where are your gloves? He's served me previously and he had gloves on but I asked him to change them because I saw him wiping his mouth with the same gloves that he was going to serve me with. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

Register wasn't working right, Worker saw I was trying to pay with cash and sent me another register without asking if I wanted to pay with cash or card. That register only took cards. I was tired and didn't want to get into a fuss so I just paid with card, not my intent at the time, was just ready to get out of there

My mother, my sister and I came in today and my mom was happy with her whole experience. We didn’t even see managers but all of the team members were amazing. They helped her from when we came in to when we left. She got a knee replacement 2 weeks ago and when they found out, they brought a chair for her to sit until the motorized shop cart was available. Alijah and I believe another team member over self checkout. Thank you

Educate your young employees that this may be their first time job.But they still have to have common sense and decent respect.
