At this location between 8:30pm -9pm. I ordered a fish sandwich which advertised for $3.99. I was told that I had to get the spicy sandwich. I agreed to order it. Upon arrival I was told $6.00 and some change. I explained that I wanted to purchase the one that was $3.99. I received the worst fish sandwich ever. It was overcooked fried to a crisp, vey oily and soggy. I tried contacting the store. No answer, it seems as though the phone was off the receiver, busy dial. There were no people in line, with exception of the car that was there in the drive thru before me, This was my most horrible experience since the pandemic. I wish that I could have taken a photo to prove how awful this fish sandwich was. I will not return to this location.

This store either needs new management or to be shut down! They don’t maintain regular business hours and have poor customer service! To paraphrase Bon Jovi, this store gives Burger King a bad name!

2:30 on a Tuesday doors locked in front and on the side and no signs sayong closed....tried to call no answer. Employees tried to hide when we looked....just close this location...never open

I ordered a late night dinner online and while I had to wait a couple minutes for my oddball item, the order was hot and correct. I will definitely try this location again.

Okay Okay. I did enjoy my Whopper with Cheese ? Onion Rings and Sweet Tea ? ? ? I would love for the Staff to pay more attention to the lobby and Men's restroom ? ? The tables really needed attention, so much so that I had to clean my own. The Restroom had trash and much more. It was only Two Team Members working ? so I guess they couldn't break free.

Sign out front says dining room opens at 6am. Yet here I am at 6:40am, already placed (and paid for) my order on the app, and they're not open.

Now as I sit here to cheat on my diet I ordered a double whopper with cheese, at 10a so everything should be fresh, that includes the fries and the veggies you put on the burger…. I explained to the worker taking my order that I want my whopper set up look this no jalapeños, no pickles and I want my burger cheese meat cheese meat, I do not want my meat touching cause it’s too much… the veggies were well very badly, the fries not cooked through, and sauce all over the burger… I paid $15.25… I tried to call back and they aren’t answering, as a matter of fact the number don’t work… I should’ve followed my first mind… this location here in RedOak Texas Sucks horribly… I went cause it was straight up 10a and felt I would get better, but at this point just close it Down… yall are not King of Burgers any more, the whopper is just a slap of what it used to be… TRASH, I also had to take the nasty veggies off to flip the patty, to try and finish this burger… it was saturated in sauce…

STAY AWAY! I did a mobile order not only was it not ready after I placed the order 30 minutes prior I chose for drive thru pickup because I have 2 little ones and they would not give me my order only if I went inside. I let them know I couldn’t and she said it had to be inside. When I asked for my money back or for them to cancel it they said it could only be done thru my bank. I called my bank and they said since the payment was entered by me they can’t dispute it. So I called BK customer service number and it directs me to message an automated chat. I tried that and now it’s 3 days till I hear something back. I’m out $40 and no food. Also the cook was eating over the food line but not making any food.

Absolute terrible service, I bought almost 30 dollars worth of food and when I asked for sauce, the guy at the window told me I can only have 3 without being charged extra. I asked him how much and he said "27 cent per ketchup packet "I said wow that's a odd he responded with" yeah go to wingstop then " I ignored it and when I got my food nothing was fresh or even close to it. The food was cold and dry and tasted like it's been out for a while. I advise everyone to stay away from the red oak burger King.
