I received a letter stating that they are closing my account because I used it to convenience me and not have a relationship with them... like what does that mean? I wonder if they are going out of business be careful and hopefully I'm able to take my money out . Shady company and the letter was sent from Michael King at the red oak . Shady shady ... I thought going to a local would be better than the big shady banks but they are all the same

I had a number of banking needs. I dealt with a number of people at the bank. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, patience and expertise of each person.

now closed on Saturdays and from 12-1pm daily. switching banks as we have to be at work mon-fri. this is the laziest bank ever!

I came in to open a checking account and they turned me away for no reason. A young white male greeted me. I was polite and respectful . Im not sure why they would refuse to open my bank account, I looked presentable( had my voting sticker on ) and I was polite to all. I really hope it wasn’t due to my darker complexion. I took my business elsewhere.

I came to the bank on a Friday at 9:30 and the whole bank is closed . It’s not a holiday or anything . The door says that their open from 8-6 . Very disappointed!

Completely ridiculous to close your bank & drive through from 12-1 daily. Many people use their lunch to do banking.

I've traveled all over the USA. Citizens National is, by far, the best experience I've had so far. The tellers are super friendly and always go far beyond my expectations!!!

I've had nothing but amazing service from this bank. They've always gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and have quickly answered the phone when I call with no automated annoying system trying to answer my questions. I truly believe this is the best bank in Texas. Other banks I've been with consist of Frost Bank, Bank of America, Chase Bank, and Wells Fargo.

The people there are always friendly and helpful. I bring my grandkids in there and they are especially sweet to them. I have walked in minutes before they close before their lunch hour and it didn't bother them one bit . They still took all the time necessary to help me and were very friendly . I have used many banks and this is by far my favorite

Elizabeth Valderas is unprofessional and apparently dislikes herself. Elizabeth is dry and refuses to educate customers before making changes to accounts. A change at the helm would be beneficial.

In bank service is great but, the on line banking is really awful. I constantly have to contact the bank to correct issue's. When updates are made they simply let information be deleted until they get complaints from the customer. Much wasted time for the customer.
