Took walker in for a routine service. Lee did an excellent job on tightening up the walker and all needed services. Lee is very professional and a kind person.

Had the pleasure of visiting CSE Mobility \u0026 Scrubs and had a pleasant experience. Upon walking into the establishment I noticed there were no trip or slip hazards. When the employees came out of the back neither one of them greeted me and immediately asked what are you looking for today. One of the employees and I discussed wheelchairs and the employee sit in one of the chairs and never said a word. After selecting a wheelchair the employee who was assisting me walked in the back while the other employee checked me out at the register. After the transaction was complete I was given my receipt. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. If there was a closer medical supply for the family who needed the chair it wouldn't have been purchased. The wheelchair cost $229 and I am not sure if the price was reasonable compared to other stores as it was an immediate need for the day. \"Our Purpose Is Your Blessing\"

I have been buying scooters wheelchairs lift chairs and shower stools and truck lifts for several years now through CSE in Red Oak. They have always been great. I can’t say enough good things about the service tech LEE. I have had some very challenging fixes and he has come through every time.

They had a fall scrub top that I wanted. It fits GREAT and matches every description given. Let's talk about their fantastic SPEEDY service ~~》I ordered late friday night and it arrived in Michigan monday morning!!! Ibwould be more than happy to order from them again!!

ITem sent andit was defective. After 6 weeks I called and was todl the warranty was 30 days though manufacturer shows one year. Turns out item was sold in2019 to another customer who returned it so manufacturer woudl no longer honor warranty. I was out $260.

I have purchased several items form CSE, from a medium price mobility scooter, to knee brace sleeves,
Clap sanitizer cleaner ( Lumin ).The information giving to me from the guy who I think managed the store told that the Lumin sanitizer was a better cleaner than the So Clean. Taking his word, I purchased the Lumin
for $ 250. I began getting sinus infection because I found out from my E.N.T doctor that the cause come from the
Chap hose not being sanitize. All this time, sanitizing my Cpap hose in the Lumin Sanitizer, it was the cause of my on going sinus infections. I were told that the Lumin is a complete Sanitizer.For anyone who is considering the Lumin, it is not a complete sanitizer.

I recently purchased ceil blue scrubs from CSE Mobility and Scrubs and I love how comfortable they are! They had a great variety of brands and all at a great value! The staff was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Poor customer service from a front desk employee that thinks it’s okay to argue with a customer. Thankfully, the owner was able to assist with the issue. Please re-train your employees on proper customer service etiquette, CSE.
