I wrote a review regarding this CVS and it’s nowhere to be found….. but I see I’m not the only one that sees how rude & judgmental these people are. They literally can care less about the customers, especially the older lady (mixed race) with glasses that works the computer onside the pharmacist; one nasty person. I’ve learned to go in with my camera rolling bc someone will always be nasty. They don’t wear there name tag but per the GM “it’s state law that they wear it and their name be showing”; you never see that here. GM needs to shake these judgmental people up. I’d definitely go elsewhere but my insurance only pays for cvs and I’m guessing that’s why they’re so nasty.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to in my life. 95% of the staff seems very unhappy working there. Almost every time I go someone is rude. I would assume there is not enough staff so the workers are overworked. Seems to be a common thing these days. Obviously CVS is not paying attention to reviews and surveys because it continues to be bad customer service. It’s the over all demeanor of the entire store. I wishI could change pharmacies but the insurance company made a deal with the devil named CVS to only use them to fill prescriptions.

The most unorganized pharmacy I've ever used.I've used cvs for about 20 years and this one is horrible.yesterday I had a prescription that should have been ready about a week prior but they finally told me they needed to order the drug.had me calling around looking for it and then I asked if they had any. the had half my order and charged almost the full price and didn't know when they'd have the rest, but explained I'd have to again pay for the full order IF they were allowed to give it to me since it's a controlled substance. Seriously?

My doctor put in a prescription last week. Because I contracted covid. I had to take the meds at a timely manner. CVS sent a text telling me that it was on hold. That CVS needed to speak with the doctor first. The doctor is who sent it in. I continued to be sick because CVS is disorganized and wasn't willing to give me my medication.

The line to get my prescription (which was due at 5:40pm according to the CVS App) was simply unacceptable. I arrived at the store around 6:00-6:15pm and waited in line until 7:03pm for my prescription. I want to add that they had Libbie working 2 registers going back and forth trying to help 2 people at a time and 2 registers at a time. She was doing her best, but it is unacceptable. They should have had someone stop filling prescriptions (there was more than one person back there filling) the Pharmacist was there filling and anyone else could have stopped for a second to help and take care of customers first. That is what you do. There is always a line anyways, but I couldn't believe that she was working two registers with a long line of impatient customers. I expect there to be a wait, but when I got to the register my RX wasn't filled and I had to wait even longer. Like I said this CVS in Red Oak Texas has always been busy, but someone should have helped her. She was very kind and doing her best, so please do NOT put this off on her. It is CVS, the corporate office on down to the manager of the store. It's absolutely unacceptable. I am going to do more research on other pharmacy's that I can go to. Drug Store Review - Employees rude to my retired veterian parents, tells patients "that'll be ready by "X"pm this afternoon" and isnt for another 3 hrs after the told time. So my elderly parent with hip and back surgeries get to wait in the car for no reason For the meds they require. The digital/phone system always tells patients they different information that what is actually in play with the personel there (example: "we don't have that Rx here" - digital voice, but when you speak to a person they do and it's just no were near them even thinking about looking at it "would you like us to start of that" (um, yeah, that's why we sent it...) - like it's sitting on a tower in the back manager's desk waiting for a postal stamp from the president of CVS or something).I usually give alot of grace to pharmacys. Rough job and its non-stop. They should be given a wide allowance due to the task. But at sometime, you have to stop, clean house, and right the ship. All in all this place is a mess and should be avoided whenever possible.

This CVS pharmacy, has a frustrating lunch break policy and poor communication. The pharmacy department's closure from 1:30pm to 2:00pm was inconvenient, with no alternative assistance provided. The lack of clear communication, such as a sign mentioning the closure, caused confusion and wasted my time. With one staff member, showing no empathy nor solution when I asked about my medication. Improvements are needed in their lunch break policy and communication to enhance the overall customer experience.

I made an appointment with the clinic because I had had a rash on a couple spots on my body, and it wouldn't go away. So after a week of it I decided to come here. They took care of me pretty quick. We're super polite and professional with me. Explained I actually had poison ivy reaction. So they prescribed a steroid cream & pills, and an antibiotic to finish it off once and for all! Got the prescription filled in about 30 minutes, and was out the door in under an hour! Super quick and easy! Had the rash completely gone in about 3 days! Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever!!! Pharmacy techs are always rude and never ever find my meds but when go on line I can see my medication list... horrible customer service and waste of time!!!!

Customer Service is something that one of the pharmacy employees lacks. On more than one occasion we have called to check on a prescription and the lady answering the phone was rude and inconsiderate. We will be looking for another pharmacy to use.

Pharmacy is ghetto. There’s no reason my prescription shouldn’t be ready after 4 hours. Nobody wants to wait in store for 20 minutes more on a Friday evening

Pharmacy representative who answered the phone was extremely short and rude. Only discovered the medication I was waiting for was out of stock after calling the store to inquire about the status.
