My first time here and it was amazing. Kathy & Michelle did such a good job on my nails and toes. Lisa did an amazing job on my husband's feet. Will definitely recommend and we will be back.

I went to this business Wednesday. I usually do the powder nail treatment I told the lady I didn’t have time I had to be some place in just a little bit… she got mad and almost ripped my nails completely off … she left them all a mess I will never go back there.. my figures are still sore … watch outServices: Polish removal

I use to come to this Salon for many years and stopped due to the owner pressing a tip. I love to tip and think servers should be tipped for service but don’t make me feel as if it’s a requirement. If so add gratuity to your receipt or increase your service charges! Nevertheless when I went in the other day I guess she didn’t recognize me and after all the years of tipping this time I said no to tipping and she rolled her eyes and shoved my change to me! WOW! Most of the staff are friendly. The space is too small, lots of talking btwn staff. Some of the employees are more concerned abt receiving a tip than the service provided. Most recently I had a pedicure and manicure the young lady that providing the pedicure finished prior to the young lady providing the manicure, therefore I tipped the pedicure. When I was ready to check out the young lady providing the manicure asked why wasn’t I tipping. Unbelievable. I advised that I’ve already tipped and she said but u tipped her and she’s already left. I explained, the svc is a privilege for u n I. I’ve spent 150.00 at this shop wi/2 wks. You should be more concerned abt return clients than challenging me over how a 10-20.00 tip is handled. I also explained to her, some clients may only hv the money for the svc, therefore you should be thankful they’re coming to your business when there are many other like businesses in the area to go to. I hv decided to take my business, money including tip to the establishment in Plano, Tx, where I am appreciated as a returning, loyal customer.

I always get my pedicure at this salon and I like the service they offer. The staff is friendly except last time, when I got a manicure. I asked if they could make an appointment for me at the last minute and they said yes. The lady who helped me was in a hurry, I didn't like her work, she barely filed my nails and it looked like she wanted to go home. It's normal, I'm aware that I could be tired, just in that case don't make appointments so late because when I go I want them to give me good service, at the end of the day I'm going to pay the same. Otherwise good, it is a very clean place and I love their pedicures.

VERY FRUSTRATINGThe owners are greedy and take on too many customers at one time. They'll start on you and have you soaking your nails forever while they tend to several people at the same time, running back and forth. It's ridiculous and time consuming.. poor customer service.Service: Dip powder

Excellent service! It was my first time as a recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon.I found it!! My pedi, mani and brows were done in about an hour. I wear my own nails BTW! Very friendly and I will be back!

I got my pedicure done there, that was good. Very careful, and friendly the tech, overall great no problems. But unfortunately I won't get my nails done there. My right index finger, left ring and thumb nail was not filed straight, one side was higher than the other, completely off. And she seem mad when I told her. Then they lifted at the cuticle. WORSE nail tech, she sits at the first booth, right by the register.
