Lied and said it was first time ever seeing a QR code for a Fedex Return. And then said no one in Red oak does QR codes. How would you know if you never seen QR for a return before. Rude and Dismissive.

don’t take qr codes. they need a label. would have to send a copy to their email. very inconvenient. then tries to charge you after printing it & says nothing! she then ripped the label off & told me to take my package! she even had me sit my package in the back! DONT TAKE PACKAGES HERE! they just want your money & will scam you!

Wonderful place with Outstanding Service!! I came here to ship my FedEx package and was completely unprepared, she helped me print my label and get packed up for a great price!
