This is the best place to get literally anything done! Great prices too! I live in Dallas now and I still make the drive just to come here! They’re always so fast and friendly. Not so much the lady there though lol Love this place! Highly recommend!Services: Auto A/C recharge

This is the best garage in Red Oak. The lady that works behind the counter has always been friendly. The owner has always been fair. I came in there one time with a leaky tire. He found the problem and fixed the tire in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me, even when I repeatedly volunteered to pay.I go there for anything and everything car related. Whether it's an oil change, inspection, or a check engine light, I use Hawk's Auto Care. As long as I'm within driving distance, I'll be a customer for life.

I been in this place just two days ago for oil change and my vehicle been leaking oil just after that. They damage the oil drain plug. I have to spend more money buying the plug and motor oil again. I really not recommend this place

I had my air conditioner looked at. They ripped me off. Did a lot of talking. Held my vehicle for 8 hours and the showed me a line that they insinuated they replaced. Nothing was replaced and they tried to explain away the fact that it wasn't going to get cool because of a plastic gear that was able to slip. A whole bunch of trash talk. 900$ later and it still doesn't work. These people are scammers. I watched them "look" at a woman's brakes and decide that she needed all four brakes replaced. They didn't drive it or anything just walked out spent less than five minutes and said all four needed replaced. If you are a woman alone and are asking about something that could be expensive for sure it will be expensive not the cheaper cost. You will be scammed here.

The folks at Hawk's Auto are not only super quick and efficient but very kind and respectful. I have been here a few times for oil changes and inspections, they get me in and out very fast - even when there's a "wait" it's still quicker than going to some other places *without* a wait! Excellent prices, excellent customer service, and comfortable waiting area with free water also!Services: Vehicle Inspection

I just left the place looking to get my car serviced thinking I was going to spend money but the nice man informed that there was nothing wrong with my car. He could have just lied but he was honest and I will forever visit that place if I have an issue with my car

Absolutely an amazing place to bring your vehicles to. Called in for a state inspection. Asked what the wait was and they told me no wait time. Got there and there was 2 cars in front of me which was no big deal. Because there amazing customer service they informed me about the little wait and apologized for the wait. They got me in and out fast. Due me being on a time crunch. After dealing with other auto shops from being ignored to have a over an hour wait time. Hawks auto satisfied my needs. I highly recommend hawks auto for any vehicle needs. Thank you Hawks Auto for your amazing customer service and services.
