Terrible salon they lie about their prices. I asked for the gel pedicure which was listed at $38 (already insane) and also I got the gel polish which was listed at $12 extra, the total? $68 and thatās not the worst part, the gel started chipping after only 3 days and I didnāt even do anything to cause that. The lady who did my feet didnāt even cut or trim my nails, no basic foot care given and not even a week later while I was on vacation I got terrible ingrown toenails to where I couldnāt even walk. Donāt go here unless you wanna screw up your nails! Iām not even done! The wait time took them an hour and a half to even get started on my nails and my friend had to pay $50 for a pedicure they didnāt even give her! They just painted her toes and charged her that much. Donāt go here Iāll pay you not to go here!

This was my first time visiting this nail shop and definitely won't be my last. The vibes in the shop were nice and cozy, the playlist was kept me singing the entire time, and Nancy was so nice and knowledgeable about my nails. She helped me gain a better understanding about nail health/care and was able to give me the exact shape and design I wanted. Highly recommend!

Nail polish, pedicure. The payment system seems to be fraud. There's an ATM on site, service fee for withdrawal is 3.00, however there's an additional 2.50 deducted from your bank account for using the ATM. The business does not accept bank cards but conveniently has an ATM that's double charging service fee If I wasn't reviewing my bank account closely I would hv missed the additional fee of 2.50. I am in the process of disputing the with my bank.

If I could leave zero stars for this nail salon I would. We scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her nails done and 50 mins later my daughter is still sitting in the lobby. Booking an appointment means nothing here. What makes it worse is that I spoke directly to the owner Jasmine and she kept cutting me off every time I tried to talk to explain my concern and the customer service that was being provided. This nail salon does not bother to call customers back to mention they are running behind over 45 mins to see if you want to cancel the āoriginal appointmentā. I understand being a walk in is a different story. They want to squeeze in as many customers as possible and take walk ins over scheduled appointments. Ridiculous! No consideration for peopleās time. Jasmine get some customer service skills, lady or your salon will fail!!!

I was recommended this place by my Aunt but this was by far the worst nail shop experience I've ever had. I'm pregnant and I brought my 3 year old with me. I was in there over 4 hours for a simple nail set and pedicure. I had one hand that needed my old set taken off and when Jasmine took them off, she did not care about the level of pain. She used a sharp metal instrument and peeled the old set off one by one with me having a pain reaction in the chair. I had to tell her "you're hurting me" for her to use less force and consider that this was painful for me. A part of the nail on my index finger came up STUCK to the old set she was peeling off. Then I told her when she started to do my nails to please not make the acrylic on them thick, but natural looking. She did not understand this request and assumed that I was talking about where I wanted a "line." I requested an American manicure and I've gotten this for many years at other nail salons and THERE IS NO LINE. It simply fades from pink to white - it is not a French Manicure. She gave me a line and it was high up which made me look like I had a short nail bed. I stopped her on the first one and showed her on Google what it is supposed to look like. Jasmine argued with me and Google in front of her customers. She then proceeded to pass me off to a younger nail tech which I was fine with. She gave me a bowl to soak off the acrylic she put on me and the overpowering smell of the acetone hit me in my face. I tried to sit there and deal with it, and not make a fuss. Then I was becoming light-headed and I asked her if she recommends acetone for her pregnant clients. Her response was"It depends on the individual," which made me wonder if this was my payback for disagreeing with her. She had me continue soaking my nails in the acetone for ten more minutes while she worked on other clients, until I said I couldn't take it anymore, then she easily drilled off the acrylic. Thank God my 3 year old went to sleep. The younger nail tech was nice and so was the pedicure guy but I was charged an additional $20 for what she calls ombre and everywhere else calls it American manicure. She is stuck in her ways and I would not recommend this nail shop. They took everyone that walked through the door which made everyone wait for an insane amount of time. Her staff is good so the customers waited. American manicure with one hand nail removal, coffin shaped short, and one Basic pedicure ran me $118. I came from California and it was cheaper there. I won't forget how she left me feeling.

Nancy is great for nails however, there is definitely too much talking multiple conversations going on around you. Very annoying and unprofessional. For polish change on your feet is questionable . I had to request that the lady doing the polish change wash her hands before assisting me. Unfortunately Only gel or powder service. No regular polish because it takes too long to dry. Very unfortunate. I think Nancy is great. Be prepared to let your Tech know to limit distracting conversations. Very small shop.

Wait was far too long, they had us in a pedi chair immediately yet it took an hour for them to start the water. My friend started before me but finished a good 20 minutes after me, as her nail tech kept getting distracted and focused on conversations going on around her. The price paid for just a basic pedi with gel and mani with gel is a bit much, considering polish was left all over my friends nails and I know we could have gone some where else with same quality at a cheaper price and shorter wait time. We ended up being there over 2 hours on a weekday. My friend also told the woman multiple times that she wanted the exotic pedi and she still did not do it. This was my first time there but I will not be back. Also they don't take cards, ATM doesn't work so you have to come in with cash.

New to the area and was a little nervous about trying a new salon. When Nancy completed my nails, I was in awww. Nancy did an amazing job on my nails. From the customer service, to the shape, to the design and then the completion of the service, it was AMAZING!!! I didnāt get a chance for my pedi but trust and believe the next time, I will be utilizing. I must admit after my 1st visit, I have found my forever nail salon. Ask for Nancy and my girl will hook you up!Services: Nail art
