I understand what Little Caesars is supposed to be. Quick pizza in a bind. BUT the wings were baby chickens at best. Save your money and go to WingStop. Pizza is 8/10 tho

My kids love pizza and little caesars as our go to but this location does not cook their pizza all the way. My daughter threw up on a Thursday she was stuck until the next Monday night. My husband stomach was messed up as well. It's deciduous how you don't fully cook the pizza and that makes people sick.

Would've given a five because they produce quality pizza but the service was subpar for me. I went in and quickly went to the pickup heater and put in my code. The foyer was clean and empty. I placed my order in an empty seat then went over to get my drink I ordered. A small child ran in and asked for free cookies and then cashier poured approximately 20 bags on the counter. To the child and his mother's surprise. I then asked for the sauce cup that went with my order and was asked to produce my receipt. I said no, look up order #*** he claimed he could not find the order. He then demanded I give my name, which I did, and he claimed he still could not find the order, which I placed online. Then he directed me to look for some type of tag that they normally put on boxes which I also did not see. I then had to stop talking on my phone to show my receipt. The lengths he was going to to get me to produce my receipt is the issue, while he had no issue-NONE- handing out complimentary cookies to anyone walking in sans order. I'm standing there in business clothes, with my work ID around my neck, and have my entire order in the chair- being forced to produce my receipt that he magically could not find. My wondering is: WHY does Little Caesar's make it easy to pay but not to claim all our items? I got the pizza no problem(machine), the drink no problem(cooler/machine), but when trying to get MY dipping sauce-PROBLEM(human error)... this is when I can not defend people wanting jobs that then I effectively give service. Just give people what they paid for and ordered.Just put all the items in the kiosk heater like other locations to keep down confusion and stop us from having to deal with employees all together.
