Decent but didn’t get the help I needed. Came here to get a cabin air filter and the lady asked what engine I had… went to another O’Reilly Auto Parts and they said it didn’t matter so I recommend going to wax-a-cuchie (Waxahachie) lol.

RED OAKthis store was absolutely TRASH. i went in there to ask a simple question the first guy wasn’t sure so he got help from some dude employee with an afro. they then proceeded to mock & laugh at us. they treated us like we were stupid. i have given Oreillys PLENTY of money, i have been a loyal customer for YEARS since i work on cars. every time ive gone to waxahachie the service has always been great & ive known some of the employees for years. meanwhile, in red oak there is always new employees every week like nobody ever stays. they’re customer service has never been even close to good. i hope this review gets looked over, an apology would be nice.
