Great customer service and people, managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule and got my suv aligned the same day. It's been about two months and the alignment is still going strong. I will be back for sure!

Got my Cadillac converter fixed and my engine light came on next day called back up there just for them to tell me I need to pay more for them to look at it when they supposedly just fixed it. Never will go there again.

Alex is a great guy, and Precision Muffler brake and alignment is an excellent shop to have your truck or car serviced/maintained. I will continue to go to them for any of my automotive needs and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I highly recommend this shop, they are highly professional, informative, friendly & more. They give you options and let you choose what's best for you before they even touch your car. They are not like any other shop that is money hungry, they help you find ways best for you and your budget. Took it in for a O2 sensor fix..when I picked up my car it was worse than before I took it. Never resolved my issue after I told them if was stalling on me. my car stalled out on me completely, it wouldn't run no more so had to tow it to a dealership. $800 to chuck fairbanks they had me running right again.

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for an alignment and was given a 10 percent discount by the owner for being a healthcare worker ! Nice to have good service and such a nice treat to be given the discount, wasn't even aware of it, said he also gives the same to military !
