The worst customer service you can ever get from a bank. A year ago my mother passed away and unfortunately she had account with Prosperty Bank. I came up there to with my driver’s license and my mom’s driver’s licenses with death certificates to inform them my mother had passed away. Now mind you my mother lived with me before she passed away and she use my address for her permanent residency. So her bank statement comes to me. So when I came in and present documents to them I was told I didn’t have proper documents to access my mom’s account, which understand, so I went and me a probate lawyer to help get documents I need to give to Prosperty bank.
So fast forward to a year later I got documents from Dallas county. I walked there I presented documents. They to it and did the investigation make sure real , which was, but here kicker the representative who examined my documents tells oh you don’t need these documents your mother listed you, your sister and brothers as beneficiaries of this account. I said what I spend $6700 on lawyer fees and court fees and to time off from word for full year to get you documents you ask for to tell Me and siblings already had rights to her account. And you didn’t have common courtesy to inform us specially when I brought the dear certificate to you guys.

I went in today to set up another bank account/close out a teen checking & Ruben made it very easy! He took care of it as soon as I got there with great customer service & thoroughly discussed details with me.
Great place, bank & customer service!

They just make things difficult where other banks don't. I decided on a Friday to buy a car the next day and the dealer would accept my debit card so I contacted the bank and was told that they never raise the limit over 10K even though they just did about a month prior for our other car. So I can send a wire right?? Wrong, it is after 3:30 so it will have to wait until Monday. So, I can come by in the morning and take a cashier's check right?? Wrong- only a manager can issue those and there isn't a manager in the bank on Saturdays. So I can pick up the cash then since the money is in my account right?? Wrong- we don't keep that much money on hand.So on a Friday afternoon, if I want to spend my money, I have to wait until Monday to make it happen.This is just one example of a few that I have.Looking for a new bank soon. I thought going smaller would be better than Wells Fargo but I was wrong.

Sorry bank! Been there over 12 years & recently realized they have been double charging me!I even pulled my over draft off and they still sent several items through and charged me $35 then another $35 several times!I dont even know how much moneybthey have stole the last decade!The manager also a piece of work!The girls up front are sweethearts..but thats the only nice thing about this place!

Instead of doing their job and verifying a check that was deposited via mobile they freeze your account and let your transactions bounce with a number to call then when you do call they ask if it was a good check? They treat everyone as if they’re a criminal and up to no good. Very unprofessional and blame the customer for their mistakes.

Don’t ever go with Prosperity Bank!!! This location is the worst. My mom was a victim of check scam/fraud during COVID-19 and they expect her to pay them back thousands of dollars. Oh yeah and she lost her job during this pandemic hell. My advice...switch banks.

Been a customer with Prosperity for decades and have NEVER had any problems cashing checks at any locations, until this one.The staff were unable to offer any true assistance or use any level of logical reasoning. I went to another location and was helped without problems immediately. The staff here are incompetent and rude. I overhead one speaking about me unfavorably as if I was a dishonest person and encouraged the others to not assist me. I was not returning their rudeness for the record.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I don't like the way I am treated when I'm there. 1st off it takes extremely long to get my money. Since they are not used to black people making money they have to give you 3rd degree just to get what you need. Next time I I will be closing my account if things don't change.

Every time I go I’m paranoid about them putting my check in someone else’s account ( has happened twice) customer service isn’t the best either. Never had this problem with prosperity until I moved to red oak.
