Just used Rawson again for the second time. Very pleased how they handled recent repairs on my 2020 Camry with 110,000 miles on it. Csr threw a Check Engine code so I took it in to Rawson's when they opened. Keith phoned me before noon and advised that I had an oxygen sensor failure and quoted a very reasonable repair cost that was hundreds of dollars lower than the Toyota dealership. They promptly completed the repair and had my car ready to pick up before 4 PM.
Will use them if and when needed again. They are honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

We took it for a ride so i can show him a gnarly noise ive been hearing.
He takes it on the service road and punches the pedal to the floor. Damn near redlines my engine
And then he pulls into a parking lot and proceeds to hold the brake and gas pedals at the same time, almost redlining it again, to try and hear the noise.
Like a kid on his first time driving.
Super ashamed of myself for bringing it to them. Dont do it unless you want your problem to be substantially worse. I guess job security, right?

Unfortunately they are not honest. Diagnosed my car, with needing an oil change. Said it was $275, to diagnose my car and do an oil change, which I already had. So they claimed I needed the filter changed. Never called to ask me if I was ok with the $275 charge for an oil change so when we asked for the break down I was told $150 to diagnose and 75 for an oil change which adds up to $225 so I asked where was the extra $50 for and he said the oil. So $125 oil Change that I wasn’t even due for and didn’t drop the drain pan at least for that amount of money: be honest and call customers and let them know the cost of repairs first before doing the work. I could’ve took it elsewhere. Or charge a reasonable rate respectfully. Also if you changed the oil they usually give a sticker for the next service date for $225 I didn’t even get a new sticker so I don’t know if an oil change was actually performed or not.

Keith and his wife are amazing. My wife’s car was towed there in the morning and Keith had diagnosed the problem and had it ready to pick up before the end of the afternoon. So nice that there are still good honest repair shops around!

I took my 04 ford to rawson a couple of times and when they would repair the truck the same thing would go wrong with in 500 miles of me driving the truck. They also wrecked my truck yes they fixed it but I still had to pay for the repairs. I had a window fixed by them just to get it back to see they fixed one window and now another window did the exact same thing. I would say they are sketchy at best.
