Ezekiel Carrillo! Washed my car! I had 2 guys walk to my car looked at the ticket and brushed me off. Didn’t point me in the direction either. Mr. Carrillo walked up spoke to me and wiped my car off. You can teach a toddler to wash a car but customer service cannot be taught! Corralling thanks for the help buddy!

You have to stay in your car as it goes through the wash, so it is not exactly full service. Makes me nervous that I have to align my wheels with the rollers that propel the car through the wash. Service is spotty.

It used to be $25 for inside and out. Now it’s $45 which is crazy. So 25 just for an outside wash is crazy.

HORRIBLE !!! Do not go here!!!! They have raised their prices but lowered the quality BY FAR. I have been coming here for years and now they are charging $45 to clean the inside and outside of your car . And they did a horrible job . I had to point out multiple spots they neglected just to get my moneys worth . They tried to send me off without even cleaning my cupholders /dash and there was still dirt all around my car. I also have scratches on the back of my car from the drive thru car wash and the “manager” basically just told me that the machine couldn’t have done that.. but it did .Horrible business and they will NEVER get another dime from me… and the office smell like FEET

This has been my car wash for the last 3-4 years. I’m always satisfied.. today i had gum on my window and the young man did a good job getting it removed! Keep up the good work!

Here I am at Red Oak Car Wash - my FAVORITE place to come. They always do the best service of detailing the inside of my Tahoe, especially when my fur baby rides in it (a pug) and if you know, a pug’s hair is definitely hard to get out of carpet. But these guys are GREAT and they work until it’s out and do a terrific job.
