I went back and revisit today and the place is awesome. New owner have replaced all the new chair and spa. They have a new spa treatment menu and it was great. Very comforting doing my nails. Very nice and the staffs are wonderful.

Went for a removal and I loved that they took their time and cared with removing acrylic from my nails without damaging the nail beds or the nails. It took about 40 min, as expected. I will be returning.

Man at the counter thinks he is some kind of celebrity... arrogant for absolutely no reason...... my pedicure was perfect. But the man who did my nails was horrible. He kept getting up from the table. And he CANNOT DO NAILS. The shape is ugly..... my nails started lifting in 5 days. French tip was bad. Whole experience was just lacking. Do better. Charging these prices for subpar nails is insane. I'll drive further to get better service, and a set of nails that last longer than 5 days.

Have been at this shop around 4 times when I am visiting Rec Oak. My last time was a week ago . Disappointed in the polish as it is peeling off already and looks terrible . Also the callus remover wasn’t even left on for five minutes they just apply it to the foot scrubber . In order to work properly it needs to sit for at least 5 minutes . Probably won’t go back . 45 plus tip and having to pay cash I expected a better pedicure.

Service was really great I got French tips with charms they were very very cute!! BUT after I got my nails done my nails were kind of throbbing other than that I’m very satisfied

I came in a little after they opened today (a Saturday) expecting a wait time. There was no wait time, I was greeted by the staff, and was sat down quickly. I got a full set and a pedicure. The 2 ladies who rendered my services did such an amazing job!! They were so polite and friendly. The young lady who did my manicure made sure I liked how the process looked before moving forward which I loved! The lady who did my pedicure gave me the best massage! I will forever recommend this place ! Thank y’all for an amazing experience today!

Stopped by Red Oak Nails & Spa to get an impromptu gel manicure. It was a good experience there in a clean and relaxing environment.The nail artist Tony was very nice and accommodating to me and my daughter. He listened to me as I explained what I wanted and many times asked if I liked my nails during the placement of the acrylic and shaping process.
I’ve added before and after photos.
I will return again. Good job Tony!

I ran out of here in tears. The man who did my feet clearly didn’t care about the customer. The whole entire time he was talking to the other employees next to him even when one got up. He was not paying attention and decided to cut my pinky toe nail all the way off. What you see is paint cover my skin. So when I shower naturally it will not be on there as it would if it was applied to an actual nail bed. I pointed this out to him and he said I only cut a little. No a little is what I started off with. I now have known and then he said your nails grow back fast as if he has ever worked with me before. This was a Christmas gift but it turned out to be a Christmas nightmare and the saddest part was the inconsiderate behavior and the lack of customer service. I wouldn’t go back here even if they paid me. One of the customers seen I was crying so hard and checked on me twice. Not only was this time terrible the first time I came the lady cut me and tried to get upset at me for saying hey that hurt. Then a whole fight happened with the employees not related to my incident. We payed and the lady working on my feet tried to flag us down not to wish us well but to ask did we pay. Each time was free and usually I’m talk myself into doing even though I know they don’t hold a match to the place I usually go to. But trust and believe the incompetence here I have never experienced anywhere else and I have been getting my feet done in different states and places locally. Never have I ever had someone cut my pinky nail completely off and then try to play it off as if that’s ok. Plus the nails aren’t even painted well. I just don’t understand how you have an established facility that is supposed to help you feel nice, pampered, and relaxed and you are doing the complete opposite.
