On 12/23/2023 7:15pm Stop get diesel fuel while pumping fuel cool wind hit me I had go pee so stop pump go inside store pee went back store looking restrooms all doors say private so I ask clerk he said No restrooms i'm doing pee pee dance . I said even for paying customers No sorry with smirk grid . Dance out side of building have signs No urine fines $2,000 and cameras watching. Too me that troutman as a pee pee trap. They know it a problem why don't have sign up but no restroom sign up for No Pubic restrooms. I'm 65 Never been Shell station or any gas station with store no Restrooms . I speed off went to dollar store almost had accident .Now who fault that be . I return store took pics of signs and store and ask diffrent clerk restroom said No Restroom. I post pic

So pee pee dance out then parking lot has sign no urinate be $2,000 fine and camera warning. To be that Troutman they made issues making customer punish for there problem . I'm 65 never been to Gas service station with store No Restrooms and this Name brand Gas station Shell corp.I took these pictures couple days after.Even ask other tenant if have restroom said no.I did spend off almost had accident made it to dollar store to relief myself

They just leave when they feel like it. 7pm and I go up there to buy over priced cigarettes and there’s a sign on the door that says “ be back” seriously??? If I owned that store I’d fire them all. That is ridiculous. You can’t just close up when you feel like it and leave.

CHECK THE DATES!!! of any food/perishable you buy! I have made the mistake too many times of trying to buy things from there and they are all bad. I bought cat food and it was filled with some type of larvas and flys/moths idk. Milk spoiled! Lot of candies already opened and when I tell them they just leave it there. This place is good for GAS ONLY and the workers are always nice.

They'll charge you extra and split the money. They charged me 20 for a six pack of beer. I paid to see what they would do and they didn't care. Never coming here again.November 1, 2021.

I'm here, I work in the field, I needed to buy cold coke and use the bathroom, but the manager has it closed and didn't want to open it, to top it all off, the air doesn't work, very bad service and I won't return to this place, I don't recommend it.

Won't use this Shell again. Staff is rude, they spend their time eating behind the counter and they don't communicate well nor can they answer questions. Very unprofessional staff.
