For such a big phone company it’s unbelievable they only have ONE employee to assist customers. while other employees are in the back. Wait time was ridiculous. Service was helpful once we were serviced tho.

Andy was a great help! I wanted in with a blank white screen and he helped contact the insurance and get my screen fixed the same day. Everyone in the store has great customer service.

Andy Andy Andy! Above and beyond but my expectations with t mobile are always met. They definitely do everything it takes to help and dealing with employees who are knowledgeable and can guide and help with any questions really help out more than you know. Came in to the store to look for an upgrade today, wow! Amazing customer service from both Eber and Taylor they both helped me out with everything I needed and answered all my questions. Plus they were able to help the customers coming in after me too while still working on my phone. They deserve a raise now! Thanks guys for everything.

I had the worst experience by at this store with their young staff that cares nothing about the customer. They spend too much time trying to sell or upgrade you to actually do their job/ and fix the problem that you came in for. I went in to have my phone line transferred to a new phone. I was told by the girl helping me that day that it would take two hours but that the phone would start working. Well it never started working. I gave it time but it never started working even that whole night. I went almost 24 hours without phone service because of her mistake! The next day I had to pack my young son and head back to the store. Clearly i’m upset. I was told within 10 minutes that the phone could not be used. And that’s ok. That’s not the problem. The problem is that if the other associate had done her job properly then I could have simply purchased a new phone at that time. But she was too busy trying to sell me stuff. Then I asked for the refund for the $60 screen protector that I purchased only because I was promised that the phone would work, the associate refused. Showed no concern!. They did not care! The associate even commented “why would I want to help you” because I was upset. You help me because ITS YOUR JOB. And it’s your job to complete the transaction correctly. Anthony was his name and he just need to be FIRED! Taylor was nice enough but her error caused my major inconvenience and money!But the manager is just as young as they are and i’m sure nothing will happen. It’s just sad.

Eber helped us out so much today. He was super patient with getting us started on our new plan!EDIT: actually never mind. No one at this place knows what they’re talking about. They tell you one thing and then completely switch it. They told me I would be getting $800 in rebates and $800 in credit if I paid off my iPhone and switched to them from AT&T. I did that and then the very next day, they tell me they’re unable to give me ANY money towards my phone because I wasn’t the account holder on AT&T. If we had known that upfront, I would have never switched! Now I’m out $900+ just because they don’t have their information together.

BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A PHONE!! The staff was professional, funny, and informative. They worked together to get me the best deal on my new iPhone 15 pro max!! They let me know exactly how much I’d be paying today and how much my bill was gonna be. They helped me set up my new home internet and get my FREE Netflix. Such a good experience switching over from ATT. Thank you guys for making my switch so easy!

I couldn’t get my Apple Watch to pair with my phone. I had tried several times and was about to give up. I went to the Red Oak location and was greeted with positive vibes as soon as I walked in. Dallas was very helpful and walked me through the entire process.Thanks for great customer service
