TERRIBLE POST OFFICE . They overwork all there staff members that’s why no one can get packages & mail dropped off on time .
There staff member also drops mail and packages off at the wrong houses BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINING THEM TO TEACH THE NEW PEOPLE HOW TO DROP MAIL OFF THE RIGHT WAY CANT TRAIN THEM CORRECTLY ( AKA MISS MICHELLE ) THE WHOLE UNIT IS UNPROFESSIONAL THIS POST OFFICE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY . Mail is to serious for unprofessional people to be doing this job .

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and said “undelivered and notice left” there was no attempt or notice left at my door. I went to go check today and all I got told is “it won’t be here and probably will come out tomorrow” that doesn’t make sense at all. Don’t even waste your time with these lazy employees at this location. Just choose one a little further out

Had two lovely ladies help me today. Needed help sending passport renewal forms and had to leave and come back. Friendly, kind, and helpful.

I had a package that was supposed to be held for pickup. I called the office beforehand. The lady on the phone confirmed that they had my package and that I could come and pick it up the next morning. I drove an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have my package despite the tracking information saying it was there. The lady at the door said that when you put in to have a package intercepted they by law have to return it back to sender which is a lie. She was talking over me when I was questioning her about this. I specifically selected and paid to have it held at the post office. I'm pretty sure they have my package and are just too lazy to sort through everything to find it. It was a wedding dress that I needed for a photo shoot so thanks a lot

This post office has some rude white racist customers in the city and the post office employees didn’t do anything to address it. I’ll just go to Lancaster post office instead no problems over there

The management is great ! Anytime I have an issue they do all they can to fix it for me . The clerks are amazing as well!

Bro they literally don’t do their jobs. Like deliver my package. Why is it out for delivery every morning but at night it goes back to the location before it comes to me. And again. Almost 3x now. Like just bring my stuff. Plus they aren’t careful. They’ve lost many packages

!!!DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!! I had sensitive mail with bank info, SSN, and DL in a envelope. My mail was opened (literally exposed out of the envelope) in the bin with my other mail. I asked the employee "why is my mail opened" (she had long eyelashes). She wanted to act dumb. Spoke with Lupa the supervisor, and she also wanted to act stupid.
Got a email alert from my bank saying someone have booked a damn HAWAII TRIP with my damn info!!! I know it was them at the post office. I am now in the process to pursue legal action

What happened to Red Oak post office? They’re holding packages way too long. I never thought I’d say this but they’re worse than Hutchins Fed Ex and that’s not saying much. But what to expect? It’s government run. If I could give zero stars I would.

Service out here is terrible. My packages and mail continue to get delivered to someone else. Feels like we have the Goof Troop running the show out here.
