Huge shout-out to Patricia! She's very friendly & helpful, needed questions answered in regards to temporary address change...she took the time to explain the different ways, either send in the card or complete online. She's helped me previously when I needed to send letters priority mail..Patricia definitely takes the time for her customers! Ty so much!

This is quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.I moved into the area last year and had all my mail from my former address forwarded to my new address and for my mail to be held until this station can provide me with a mailbox key which they still have not, yet every week I come up here to try and get my held mail and an updated status on my mailbox key and they don’t have either and act like they don’t know anything about it even though I present my receipt showing I paid for this everytime. The retail clerks are either habitual liars or just clueless and the supervisor doesn’t have an answer for anything nor any accountability. What does this mean for me, no mail, no packages, no prescribed medication.I hope that whoever at USPS reads this and knows that I am doing everything possible to get in touch with a Postmaster or a Postal Investigator to investigate this station because you are taking peoples money and not providing the paid services and improper mail handling and someone needs to be held responsible. Especially when I subscribe to USPS and have my images and tracking numbers of my daily mail that is supposed to be delivered yet they never have it.One of Americas oldest and trusted institutions is failing this Red Oak community.I will say the young lady Tierra is an exceptional postal worker and has always been upfront, knowledgeable, and honest and does what she can to help customers. If you’re in line and happen to get her she will provide great service.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but I've never had an issue. The ladies are always friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have no hesitation going here at all.

The Postal Service in Red Oak is really good. The only problem that we have is having the postal lady deliver the packages towards the front door rather than putting the package in the center of the porch or someone can steal it. We’re trying to politely retrain her.

I have not had a mail key since moving into my new home in August. I paid the fee for a key in September. It is now December. I am constantly told by both supervisors that my mail key will be changed and provided to be within the following week , just to return to it still not being ready and told to again call back the following weeks. I am now being told (by Robert) that my mail key will not be ready until after New Years. This is ridiculous.

Jonathan or whoever the Hispanic big male is extremely unprofessional to attempt to turn away my purchase of tape. I simply used and bought the tape to use for my package, he tried to refuse my purchase. The lovely lady checked me out and shipped my package. The management is definitely lacking and needs a new leader. Very poor customer service, lackluster communication skills. Overall poor experience from the manager.

The mail lady for my street is HORRIBLE. She is always losing my mail, displacing it, or simply throws my packages onto the ground. I saw her today as she arrived at my house and instead of getting out of her car and setting down my package, she stayed in her car and simply threw my package. Yes threw it. Onto the grass ground, which by the way, it rained so it was muddy. This is unacceptable, if it had been a breakable item in that package the post office would’ve have to paid for the damages since i have cameras. This isn’t the first time she’s done this and i’m tired of it, she needs to retrain or get a new job because right now she’s doing a horrible job.

The mail carrier that delivers mail for Cinnamon Springs Rd, Glenn Heights, TX 75154. Needs to get fired immediately. He's constantly putting my mail in other people's mailboxes, And not only that, he leaves the mailboxes open. He needs to get fired ASAP!!

My mailbox lock was changed and we still live here. No one answers the phone and I work just like they are supposed to but clearly they don't if no one answers the phone. I did speak to someone the first time I noticed the incident and I knew nothing would be done but I let him make it. I have to chase the postal worker to get my mail and most if the time I miss her because she is doing her job and she has to move on. This socks that I can't get my mail. How in all the *$%& do you change my lock for no reason at all and didn't even give us a key. We didn't request it. We didn't know. The. I was questioning (the one time I called about the key and someone answered) like I was lying. "Um didn't we give you three keys?" What tha ^&$& does that have to do with anything???? You gave me two keys period. Even if you gave me 10 Keyes! The one key two key DO NOT WORK. Now I have to take off work and resolve this. AND I belive it's okay to take legal action considering you locked my mailbox without my permission or consent.

Do not put your mail in the blue postal box on 101 E. Ovilla Rd . The mail carrier will steal your package. I put two items in this mail box and they have not been received by the recipient nor have they been returned to me. I have called the post office twice concerning my packages to no avail. The only thing I can deduce is that the mail carrier stole my packages one of which was a watch I was returning to get repaired. Such a shame now the mail carrier is stealing your mail and packages. It seems you can't trust anyone!
