Poor customer service. My pharmacy closed and sent everyone to Walgreens. When I called my refill in, the guy didn't have a clue about it, so transferred me to a pharmacist. After holding for 20 minutes, I called back, complained, and ended up waiting another 20 to talk to someone who had to set me up. Got a text the next day at 1:12 that my prescription was ready. Arrived in the drive thru, waited a few minutes and was greeted with a sign that they were closed for lunch. Went inside and was told the same. Maybe stagger the break? Maybe help the people already in line before shutting down? First impression isn't good.

Slowest drive through on the planet! Waited 10 minutes and not even one car was helped at the window. Went inside, eight people standing in the so-called Express lane. Walgreens sucks!!! Taking my business elsewhere.

Brookshire closed their pharmacy and sold to Walgreens ? ...I called Walgreens yesterday to have my prescription filled and I was told that it would be ready around 11 am the next day.. I called Walgreens today and the girl said that they have to get a new prescription from my Dr. I explained that my Dr just wrote 3 new refills when I was there to see him last month but she said that they have to send another one in and this girl was very hateful when talking to me !!! I went on to ask her how much my medication was and she told me 95 dollars and some change....I paid 4.00 for this same medication at Brookshire...I left Walgreens before because they are always hateful and my medication was never ready when they said it would be and not to mention how they severely price gouge their medications. It is beyond me to understand how Walgreens still even has a pharmacy . I will go out of my way to keep from going here for any reason !!!Just an FYI...Walgreens customer service at their corporate office does not care about how rude and hateful their employees are. In fact if you call to make a complaint they 100 % stand behind their employees. There are much better and much cheaper pharmacies out there that want your business !!!

As Tyra Banks said "It is so bad, I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible- so I give you a one"Got my wisdom teeth pulled- got the automated phone call about prescriptions being ready. Head over- they are still "processing one" and I wait, and wait and wait. My numbing wears off. I'm pacing around in absolute agonizing pain throughout the store. Go back check on the status- still nothing. Wait, wait, wait, pace, pace, pace. I was there for about 2 HOURS. At this point I'm thinking- I want to go home. Finally got them and called it a day. Anyway, fast forward a week and a half later to yesterday getting the rest of my wisdom teeth pulled. I hoped for a better experience and sent my prescriptions there again. I called the store number and got an automated message letting me know my prescriptions were being processed. Kept calling, same response. By 7-9pm still called a number of times and got the "your last prescription is being processed." By this point I'm tired, hungry post-op, in pain and so stressed. The pharmacy closed and I had to go to bed like that. Wake up today in pain- called this morning- the automated machine said one was still being processed. I decide to go in and pick whatever's ready. I go in, let a lady go first- wait a couple minutes and just as I'm going to the counter ready to get my prescriptions- the lady goes "sorry, please wait for someone to come help you and walks away" The whole back counter was full of technicians walking around, talking to each other or putting stuff away- there was only one other couple already being tended to but No one came to the register. At this point I'm so upset, confused and in pain. I lost all sense of patience and just walked away. Called my dental office and requested they send it somewhere else. Seriously- save yourself the time, patience and pain.

I work for a providers office and I absolutely hate calling this pharmacy we wait on hold to speak to someone for 27 mins only to be hung up on and start over. This is a pain because we are still in clinic trying to care for patients.. Very poor customer service, I can only imagine what a sick patient goes through to get meds.

Ommggg so slow. Drive thru and in store, the pharmacy is way too slow. I have a sick toddler in the car and had to wait forever for her prescription. They definitely need to fix whatever issue is going on because this is ridiculous. No matter what time you go....SLOW

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy in the area and that's a widely accepted fact around town. To the franchisee or owner of this Walgreens: Your employees (In the pharmacy) have horrible customer service ( take a look at all the other reviews saying the same).The whole pharmacy is sketchyTheres always a longer than necessary wait time..I've seen employees take lunch and leave right in front of a long line of customers... with appointments...no one answers the phone...everIf you do get services at the front desk, they're always extremely , extremely rude. ..This pharmacy needs a PBM audit or something..better yet; where there's smoke there's probably fire..audit everything from their customer service, to the medical and financial practices.SHUT IT DOWN..we have CVS down the street.Edit:as of 04/19 - still no word on If the place has been audited or Investigated yet. Same rude employees...atleast refresh the pharmacy staff

This place take a long time answering your call and when they do they have a attitude like you send them to work and they don't want to work. They need to get better customer service we paying for the medicine and we still get a attitude I'm talking about the pharmacy

I would leave zero stars for this location. My son needed antibiotics that only this location had. It was 25 minutes before closing when the electronic prescription was sent. The physician's office had a receipt that the prescription was received. This pharmacy claims that electronic prescriptions take 2 hours to actually receive, despite the confirmation of receipt. They will lie right to your face and tell you they haven't received the prescription, because they don't want to spend an extra 3 minutes to fill it. They close at 6pm, and they don't care at all about your sick child. They told me even if I had a physical prescription they wouldn't fill it at 5:58 because it would take 3 minutes to mix, and they close at 6pm. The condescending staff made sure to tell me about their 24hr pharmacy in Dallas, which didn't have the medication I was needing. As if I hadn't already called.

I’ve tried to use the fedex here twice now and they have not been helpful at all.. had my table on my phone and they wanted me to pay to have it printed. No alternative solutions to satisfy the customer, just not pleasant at all.

Came in for a flu shot and Covid shot. My appointment was at 4:15, showed up early to register at 4:05 for my son and myself at 4:30. Took them 40 minutes to have us called and done. No, the area was not busy (just myself and son there since 4:05). I see no reason to have people schedule appointments if they won’t honor them or at least let us know there is a delay. They need to work on curtesy and customer service. It goes a long way to say “I’m sorry for the delay we will have someone out as soon as possible l.” Red Oak Walgreens manager needs to address that, it’s just curtesy. Makes CVS look better, at least you can check in with kiosk.

Love this establishment. Particularly, all the pharmacists that work in the pharmacy department. They do not get nearly enough credit for their hard work and having to deal with ugly customers. I appreciate y'all n the whole store!!!!!!!!!? Picking up your medication is NOT the same thing as ordering a burger at McDonald's. Give these people a break?

I rarely post reviews, but I have had it with this pharmacy! I waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru line today, only to get to the window and they closed for lunch. The staff member was extremely rude! They have messed up my husband's auto refill order for the past two months, having either none of it ready, or only partial. We sat in line over 50 minutes last time, then had to wait for them to get it all ready. First they said we could circle the building and get back in the line! Uh, no!!! Looking for a new pharmacy!
