As far as Propane exchange or purchases. It super sucks! I exchange my propane thanks at Home Depot all the time I figured I drive down the street from my house to Walmart, Nope nope I'll be going to Home Depot (always) Walmart wants you to go inside get in line with people with over 50 items then after waiting in line pay for exchange/new then they want you to track down someone with a walkie-talkie so they can page someone to meet you outside by the propane tanks. And let me tell you they take forever! Too much bull Crap! Be going to Home Depot ....

Five stars for the sweet lady Vanessa who has been working at the self-checkout area near the food side. Each time we come in we go self checkout and Vanessa always greats each person with a friendly few words!! It is so refreshing! She also always checks around to make sure everyone is ok! Give this woman a bonus or something! She's the only reason we don't go to the Walmart in Lancaster instead!

I don't know if it's Lacy with an (I) or (Y), but whichever it is; SHES RUDE. She hung up in my face because I was frustrated asking her where my 4 day late order was. Learn how to deal with irate customers. I won't be the first or the last. If you can't be more understanding to a customers concerns, step down. I will never shop there again, I'll drive to another location.

I hate this place! I'm not interested at all shopping here. I placed an online order for pickup yesterday. My order was placed at 10:45 am, I checked my phone every minute to see if I had a substitute request and I never received anything. I continued to assume my order was fine. My pickup time was 5pm-6pm so at 4:44 I went back on the app and it stayed substitutes have been made on my order and I'm so confused cause my phone has not received a message or did it state this as I was on the app off an on the entire day. Also it states the time has ended to make any changes to my order. So already I wanted to return all the items picked out and I'm annoyed at this point. So I get to the Walmart waited 30 minutes and then received a message stating how was my order and it was picked up. I asked the attendant to check my order and he stated oh I was looking for you, in my mind why would you be looking for me if I'm parked in the designated parking spot and the vehicle color was red the only on outside. So the groceries was placed in my trunk so I drove around to go inside to do a return. I was advised the system was down they couldn't do any returns at the time. So o set to my car and realized I didn't notice my $35 steaks. So I decided to pull up my order and account for each item. After my review I was missing at least 15 major items ranging $100 of stuff. I drive back to pickup and asked the same young man to come look at my list and my groceries and he stated yea I think we forgot about a few bags. So I waited again for about 25 minutes and they brought out all my missing items. So that was a lesson learned to check my groceries and also not to do a large pick from there again. It was supposed to have been an easy process but turned into an 1:40 minute mess! I'm just going to keep the stupid stuff I was going to return cause I have no interest going back to Walmart. This is the reason I never shop there it's always a madhouse.

Walmart Bakery - pass by! Either Walmart is changing the sell-by dates on the bakery goods so the date makes it appear they are "fresh" or the factory (where they are made) is doing it. It wouldn't surprise me if they are doing some the same thing to all baked goods including Walmart's "great value" bread products. If you are able to get someone to answer the phone, they tell you to bring the item back--with the price of gas...you think they are going to reimburse for the price of the item and the extra gas to return the disgusting rock hard product? I don't think so. Would be great to have a locally owned/operated bakery shop!

I have run into this Walmart a few times, just to pick up something quick and get in line just before closing. I arrived at 10:55 PM one Friday night, the girl at the front door said, "I can't let you in." I said, "Are you closed?" She said, "No, but we can't let anyone in after 10:55." Arbitrary idiocy like that drives me crazy. Anyhow, I drove over to CVS across the street and got exactly what I was looking for, I was back on the road at 11:05 PM. If any management from Walmart ever sees this, I hope that they see that they drove away a loyal customer. I shop at Family Dollar now, it's amazing that they have so much stuff in that store, I always find what I need. They are friendly, too. The never turn me away.

The only thing nice about this Walmart is how it looks nice on the outside. This is the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. TERRIBLE customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. Waited for a manager to help me for 10 mins and when they finally came up to customer service, she had an attitude. Every time I order from online grocery, I'm missing a BUNCH of stuff and have to go elsewhere just so I can have all my ingredients for dinner.

I placed an order for pick-up at the red oak, tx Walmart on December 7, 2020. Later that afternoon I received a text stating the order was ready. My pick-up time was 7-8p.m. I arrived at 7:05. The area was packed with people awaiting their orders. At about 7:30 I asked the person next to me how long she had been. She said her pick-up time was 5-6 and no one had helped. I tried calling the pick-up number. I was hung up on while waiting for an answer, I was disconnected. Other calls went unanswered. I hailed down a poor clerk that was walking by. He stated they were running behind. While I was sitting there waiting, I received a text stating 11 of my 16 items were not available! Clearly customer service is woefully absent . Obviously there is a lack of communication and the customer ends up confused and angry. I am elderly and disabled so I thought this would be a convenient and safer process. I was sadly mistaken. I decided to just cancel my 5 available items and went across the street to another grocery store. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one has had problems with this store!!!

This one star is for all Walmart's. I rarely go in but last week I needed to as my FIVE kids needed summer clothes and they were the only ones open. Not only are they not allowing people to try on clothes because of the unnecessary media and government hysteria in our world right now but they won't do returns either! So we left without purchasing a lot of clothes. I know my $200 purchase would be a drop in the bucket but nevertheless they lost!

Man o man- Gail is so rude! Disrespectful to customers and coworkers. If you buy an IPad in their electronics department, be sure to have extra time (20min) to spend waiting on them to record in the "notebook or clipboard" the Ipad info. Because they "have to keep track of sold electronics." Doesn't the register keep track of items now? It is 2019! Gail yelled at her coworker, Kameron, about trying to find said notebook/clipboard and then when I asked if customers are really made to wait 20 minutes while they hand record info on purchase? Gail can throw so serious shade, I was on the receiving end!!! Eye daggers! Smart ass tone to me. Gail needs to lose her job, horrific customer service!

I use to love shopping at this Walmart because the prices were great. Not any more. The store came under new management and now the prices have gone thru the roof. I don't mind paying a price as long as the product is good. It isn't happening at this store.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Most of the employees are so unprofessional - yelling across the store at each other, cussing, and be sure not to have to much in your cart because they "ain't got time for all that." Like every other Walmart these days, one person is actually working the register and most are forced to use self checkout. When you have a cart full of groceries it's unfair to you the customer along with the line of people waiting behind you. Instead of anyone stepping up and helping, they'll either be sitting there watching to make sure your not going to steal a can of corn, or busy comparing each other's drama. After waiting in line for the one open register that has someone actually doing something, I still get stopped at the door for someone to check all $500 worth of groceries - literally each bag, comparing each barcode. What makes it worse is that they put the old people up there that can't read fine print. All I have to say is next time I have to go through that, I will tell them to just refund everything. I hope by that point all the cold stuff will go bad and they will have to throw it out, in turn will cost them more money. While their making sure all my canned goods and Hamburger helpers are paid for, I hope I'm giving those people that are trying to steal something actually worth money an opportunity to get away with it. The day will come when Walmart goes under to because of Amazon. You can't run a successful business without customers, and almost everyone hates going to Walmart these days. It's worth it to drive the extra 15 minutes and go to HEB.
