So my dad and I came to this establishment to transfer money over to another account. The manager walked up to my elderly dad and said, what do you need?
First rude thing.
He said I’ve been a customer for 20 something years I need help transferring over such amount of money.
The “manager” then proceeds to say….it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer you need to have such and such documents.
Rude! Her response should have been thank you for being with us for however many years, this is what you’ll need.
I so badly wanted to gather her, but I don’t like to make my dad feel awkward. He’s already old with bad nerves.

This Wells Fargo Branch needs to to do better. The ATM machine is always down 85% of the time. They need more than one ATM. The drive thru is slow and I have to end up driving all the way to Waxahachie branch which is an inconvenience to me.

The bank tellers provide inaccurate information regarding your personal account inside the branch. I have experience this twice in the last 2 months. This is very unprofessional. You receive an apology, but clearly the problem is not being corrected. I have been a customer @ WF for 23 years. I am seriously thinking about closing both accounts here!!

Horrible branch of Wells Fargo. ATM never works, it's been down for depositing checks for over a month. Awful service at the bank too, extremely slow in the drive through. People there are friendly and nice, but needs new management badly. Have to drive to Waxahachie to use the ATM.

Worst branch in this area, only 1 ATM and it is down at least 80% of the time, so you have to go into the branch or go through the drive thru. Waxahachie branch is much easier to deal with and has more ATMs and more pleasant staff.

1 ATM and every time I go it’s never working. I have to drive to duncanville or waxahachie it’s an inconvenience. It desperately needs another ATM!!!

Seems like every time I go to the business drive through it gets harder and harder to do what I need to do. Our business has been using this bank for years but now I will be driving to the Waxahachie location when I can. Red Oak won't deposit my checks and after months of getting change, my account is suddenly not set up to get change? When addressing this with the teller, the other stepped in and changed her previous answer to I now require my account number for all change transactions. Don't know if it's just me personally they don't like or just our business. Regardless, it's now a corporate account so I can't close it, but I will be venturing all the way to Waxahachie. The inconvenience of driving further (with these gas prices) is less than the inconvenience of possible turned down service in Red Oak.
