I brought a truck in for the 100k mile service, an airbag recall, and to fix the headlight. They had the truck for 10 days. Couldn't get any one to tell me what was going on until day 8. I was told the airbag hadn't come in yet and the mechanic hadn't started any of the other work. I called on the morning of day 9 and they hadn't gotten the airbag. I told them I was going to come get it the next morning whether or not it was ready. That afternoon they called and said it came in and it would be ready the next morning. A couple hours after I picked it up, the temp gauge was saying I was overheating and the traction control and brake lights came on. It was also not shifting out of park. I had the hood open and saw the wiring for the new headlight wasn't done correctly and water was going to get in and corrode everything. I picked up a new thermostat and took it back in. Told them to replace the thermostat, to rewire the headlight correctly, and fix everything else he screwed up. They called and said the throttle body was dirty and the brake sensor failed. I picked it up a couple days later after they said they fixed everything. I talked to a different mechanic the next day who said those brake sensors fail when the bearings are going bad. They're magnetic and the metal shards get in them. No one at Mike Terry said anything to me about that. The same day my temp gauge said it's overheating, the new brake sensor failed, and a warning message came up to service brakes soon. Opened the hood and I saw he hadn't redone the wiring for the headlight. He just wrapped it with electrical tape. He didn't even do a good job with the tape. Over the next couple days I started hearing and feeling clunks from the wheel with the bad sensor. Yesterday, the same wheel is bowed out. Bearings are bad. I don't think the mechanic actually did any of the work he said he did except the transmission flush. I know he did it, because he screwed up and sometimes it won't come out of park. I've had to hire a new mechanic to redo everything again.UPDATE: I just got a call from my new mechanic. The sensor was not replaced and the mechanic broke my hubcap. I was charged for the part and for labor. I've already called demanding my money back and was told Crystal will be calling me when she gets back from lunch. To the person who responded, I will absolutely reach out to that person.UPDATE 2: I also found out from my new mechanic the upper ball joint is broken and the sway bar is damaged. Makes me wonder if he actually replaced the recalled airbag.UPDATE 3: A man named Steven reached out. I believe he is the regional manager. He said he will be refunding my money for the parts that weren't replaced and the work that wasn't done and will replace the broken hubcap.Update 4: I Learned from my new mechanic the brake switch they replaced has nothing to do with the brake warning light or the bearings failing. All it does is tell the brake lights to turn on. Why they replaced that instead of checking what was actually wrong, I have no idea. Steven told me I would be getting a call last Monday about getting a refund check. I called him Monday and was told the people who needed to sign off on it would be there Tuesday and Wednesday. I called Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and again today (Monday Oct 9) Steven has been ignoring my calls. This morning I sent an email to Mike Terry of Mike Terry Chevrolet. I will update when I know more.

I brought my truck in for routine maintenance, an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they would check the brake pads to see if they need replacement while the tires were off for rotating. I value their honesty. Instead of telling me I need to replace brake pads and possibly rotors also, they were truthful and informed me that they were not needed at this time. Taking my vehicle to an unethical shop, I could have been charged for unnecessary extra work. I recommend Mike Terry for your auto service needs.

Well when we first got there we walked passed 2 gentleman who were to busy playing on their cell phones to even make eye contact. We were greeted by a young lady who asked 1 guy with big earrings to help us he just held up his cell phone and said in a min I’m almost done. But then a guy yelled out greeting us and he proceeded to take exceptional help of my husband and I. Sure we may look like we were there only to look but we were determined to walk away with the truck my husband wanted. Even if it meant paying it in full!!!!! Regardless Nick and the acting financial manager I think Cody….took excellent care of us and were able to get him in with a lower apr and payment. As a dealership over I would work on the other make sales men there but Nick Villarreal was able to look passed out appearance and provide us with excellent care!!!!! I would recommend this dealership but definitely point out to only deal with Nick and Cody

I’ve had issues in the beginning, but baby when I tell you they TURNED IT AROUND! They definitely did! Emily McKay was just amazing! She went over and beyond with her customer service. I wish I could give her 10 stars but 5 will have to do. I would like to thank Cory and Jalen as well, those guys do not play around when it comes to getting the job done! Thank you Mike Terry!

And one the managers stop at finance office and super honest says that truck comes with steps, i just wait for they call me for installation!!!

Everyone is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile, no matter what. They stayed open late for me just to see if my recumbent bike would fit in a Trax. Jordan was super friendly and worked as quickly as he could to get the paperwork finished in the least amount of time possible. The managers etc. were super knowledgeable and helpful.
