6 days that my package arrived at the Reynosa branch, 6 days that it says en route for delivery, 6 days that nothing happens, 6 days that the customer waits for its delivery. I have tried all the parcel services and SENDEX is easily the worst of all***Update***It has been 10 days since it arrived at the branch and it has not been delivered….***Update 2***After 2 weeks, they returned the package to me, without explanation, without saying why, on the package it says: "reason for return: return to origin"In addition, they return the package in a very battered, very dirty state.Useless company, worse service, worse customer service, worst experience in 7 years***Update 3***After several days waiting for a response from customer service to find out what had happened, they finally answered: "the customer did not answer and sent us to the mailbox that's why we couldn't deliver." In reality: I spoke with the client, he was in his garage working all week, a Sendex truck never passed by, and he showed me his calls, they never dialed him.Result: we are going to lose 3 weeks, 3 weeks waiting for the customer, and they do not want to return the shipping money.

The package has been on delivery for 3 days, they never arrived at my home, I have surgery and therefore I have not left home for more than 15 days and no one has come or touched or called, terrible, terrible service

Update the schedule, don't be stupid, I live at the other end of the city and I spend gas to leave a shipment and I get that they close at 6 PM and not at 7, since last year they changed it but they don't even publish it on the networks . The branch employees are aware that their mediocre company does not update the hours and people come with the idea that they close at 7.

I constantly have to use their service because my provider has an agreement with sendex, unfortunately I confirm what many say, they do not answer my package was left in another branch because they did not download correctly, their page does not have a way to escalate the complaint which says a lot about the openness and interest of its managers to find out about these cases
