Adequate dollar store that is clean and well stocked. The candy is not stale, either.
Im sure it’s due to corporate business practices and not this location’s choice, but there is never enough staff.

The manager there was very short with me and acted like she didn't even want to be there, the employee Alexis was wonderful though and helped me with everything I needed! Good customer service can make or break a store and Alexis went above and beyond!

I love going in every time I go and everything is easy to find and you cant find something ask an associate to help to see if they have it in the back or if they can order it for you

The shelves are always empty, stock on carts just parked around the store, stock stacked on the floor making it impossible to walk without having to go around it, top stock is never worked and u can't reach it because it's so high up and no one is ever around to help get it. The most unorganized store I have ever been in. Employees when they have them never greet u.

This place is usually pretty good to get a few things if I don’t want to drive all the way to a bigger grocery store. They usually have what I need at a good price.
However, the last time I went I bought some crackers, and it wasn’t until I got home and opened them that I saw that they are already expired. They are crackers so we are not going to die, but the point is they shouldn’t even be on the shelf at that point. Clearly the staff is not bothering to rotate current product to the front of the shelf and put newer things behind, nor are they looking at expiration dates periodically. Most crackers have a shelf life of like 1-2 years so those have been on the shelf for a LONG time. That just comes down to laziness and not caring.

Only doing one star because negative three stars isn’t an option. Place is dirty, cluttered, and the white hair older cashier hates her life and is extremely rude. Someone needs to tell her if she hates the job that much then just leave. I’d be embarrassed if I was in charge of this store honestly.

The selection here is SO cute! I used to go to one of off Western Center because it's closer to where I lived at the time, and I swear, they didn't have even HALF the things this one does! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!Ps. We just got the CUTEST measuring cup ever!!

Not incredibly impressed with this Dollar General. The place is a mess, boxes, items laid and places sporadically all over the building in places they definitely shouldn’t be including hallways blocking exits.My main concern is the lack of sympathy or compassion for absolutely anyone who walks through their doors. I ask a simple question of “where is the juice” and the look of total frustration and annoyance I get is unbelievable. She lead me to the direction of the juice and then walked away. I then go to check out, I am a bit confused because I see a cash register lady standing in front of the register but it looks to be a self check out. I have to mention, I am holding a 30 pound toddler, all of my items and a shopping basket(not a buggy). I’m trying to check out and clearly struggling to hold my child, my belongings and trying to check out/scan my stuff. I did happen to miss one very small item and she made sure to make me aware I left this in my basket.Not once did she asked to help me, ask to help me scan my items, nothing… I’m not asking for them to shop for me, load my buggy and then take it home. I’m really asking for them to do the bare minimum and if they see someone in need to help. Her job is to stand while hovering over a self checkout?? A simple “can I help you scan your items” would’ve been wonderful but Dollar General in Rhome can’t even do that. Do better Dollar General.For better service and a kind helping hand. Please travel just 1 exit up the road “Justin Exit” and you will find a fantastic, clean and friendly dollar general who would be happy to lend a helping hand.

I didn’t realize these people policed the handicap spaces when veterans clearly have “DV” on their license plate. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

Sat at the register for 10 minutes waiting for an employee. Had to yell across the store to get help then she told me that corporate is making them clean the store with only two people. Not sure how that pertains to the customers and why you leave your counter unattended for that long. Possibility of being able to get robbed is super high. Get it together guys
